PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a module which allows a plurality of thin panels to be stacked vertically efficiently and stably, and a method of stacking thin panels using the module.SOLUTION: A module 10 includes a thin panel holding support portion, a load transmitting portion which is connected to the holding support portion and vertically transmits the weight of thin panels, and a positioning portion which horizontally determines the relative position of vertically stacked thin panels. The holding support portion has a lower tabular body formed on the lower part of the module 10 and a vertical wall 18 extending upward from the outer edge of the lower tabular body. The holding support portion also has an open part having a U-shaped cross-section, into which thin panels are inserted and held and supported by the holding support portion. The load transmitting portion has a load transmitting surface formed outside the outer surface of the vertical wall 18. The positioning portion has an inner locking part on the inner edge of the lower tabular body, the inner locking part capable of abutting on the inner edge of the upper part of the module 10, and an outer locking part on the outer edge of the lower tabular body, the outer locking part capable of abutting on the outer edge of the upper part of the module 10.

The present invention provides a module used for stacking thin panels that allows for stacking of a plurality of thin panels in the vertical direction efficiently and stably. The module includes a sandwiching support portion, a load transmitting portion, and a positioning portion. The sandwiching support portion sandwiches and supports the thin panel. The load transmitting portion is coupled with the sandwiching support portion, and transmits the weight of the thin panel in the vertical direction. The positioning portion relatively positions thin panels, which are stacked in the vertical direction, in the horizontal direction. The sandwiching support portion includes a lower plate-shaped body and a vertical wall. The lower plate-shaped body is disposed on a lower portion of the module. The vertical wall extends upward from an outer edge of the lower plate-shaped body to form an approximately C-shaped cross-sectional surface in conjunction with the lower plate-shaped body. The load transmitting portion includes a load transmitting surface, which is formed outward from an outer surface of the vertical wall. The positioning portion includes an inner lock portion on an inner edge of the lower plate-shaped body and an outer lock portion on the outer edge of the lower plate-shaped body. Provided is a TV packing structure capable of reducing package-opening space and also of reducing the labor necessary for stand mechanism attachment or package-opening work. A packing box (3) is configured from a lower box (4) and an upper box that is placed over the lower box (4). The left end of the lower box (4) holds a left end added material (5), the central portion in the width direction holds a central added material (6), and the right end holds a right end added material (7). The central added material (6) supports the main TV body (1) at a position higher than the position supported by the stand pedestal (2). On the lower surfaces of the left end added material (5) and the right end added material (7), air bags (8) are attached. The air bags (8) when inflated have a height such that the main TV body (1) set on the left end added material (5) and the right end added material (7) is supported at the same height as the position supported by the central added material (6).

The load-transmitting surface has a load-receiving surface provided in the upper part of the module and has a load-releasing surface provided in the lower part of the module. A one-piece thermoformed packaging cap for article shock-protection which has two elongate wings integrally hinged and have upstanding shoulders which define a channel that receives part of the article. Ridges and grooves run along the shoulders of each wing such that when the wings are folded abut each other, the ridges and grooves of one wing nest within those of the other wing and provide cushioning and lateral interlocking between the wings. Caps can have four wings and wrap the entire perimeter of the article and may incorporate a locking tab to secure the wrap. Alternatively, an assembly of partial wrap-components can be locked via flap-tabs. For locking, a projection of one wing enters into a recess of another wing, and a locking flap of the latter wing is folded and a projection of the flap is snapped into the reverse recess of the thermoformed projection.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing form which does not need development for each product, is inexpensive, has high transportation efficiency and can stand several times of repetitive conveyance by utilizing a packing member applicable to a product designed to be conveyed only once from a production site to an end user against a shock and vibration during transportation and carry of the product such as an electronic machine. SOLUTION: A packing box for holding the product with a shock-absorbing means for storage additionally includes a protective box constituted of a member resistant to deformation and breakage to cover the external side faces of the packing box.
