Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exchange a chip in a short time, in a scribe device.SOLUTION: A chip 14 is freely rotatably attached to a chip holder 10. The chip holder 10 is made into a cylindrical shape and an attaching part 16 is provided on a distal end thereof. By providing a holder joint with an opening and attracting and attaching the chip holder 10 by a magnet, attachment and detachment are facilitated. Also, on a surface of the chip holder 10, offset data of the chip is recorded as a two-dimensional code 17. When exchanging the chip holder, by reading the offset data and inputting it to a scribe device, an offset is canceled. In such a manner, operations needed in association with correction when attaching and detaching the chip holder are omitted, and the chip can be exchanged during a short device stop.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable tip replacement in a short time in a scribe device.SOLUTION: A tip 14 is rotatably attached to a tip holder 10. The tip holder 10 is made into a cylindrical shape and its end has an installation part 16. An opening 23 is arranged at a holder joint 20. The tip holder 10 is attracted by a magnet and positioned and attached by a parallel pin 25 so that detaching and attaching can be performed easily. Tip offset data is recorded as a 2-dimensional code 17 on the surface of the tip holder 10. When replacing the tip holder, the offset data is read out and input to a scribe device, thereby canceling the offset. This eliminates the operation required for correction when attaching/detaching the tip holder and enables easy tip replacement during a short time of device stop.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a phenomenon in which a crack is not uniformly formed by a wheel 10 of a glass cutter when a projection or an earlier-formed scribe line is present on glass.SOLUTION: When the wheel 10 is moved on the glass 300, a fracture layer 201 is formed causing a rib mark 202 to be formed below the fracture layer and the crack 203 to be formed below the rib mark. To cut the glass 300, the crack 203 is required to be formed uniformly. Applying a force RRF to resist rotation for the rotating force RF of the wheel 10 makes it possible to form a uniform crack even when a projection is present on the glass 300. This improves glass cutting yield.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scribe device, allowing rapid replacement of a chip.SOLUTION: The chip 14 is rotatably attached to a chip holder 10. The chip holder 10 is made into a cylindrical shape and includes attachment portions 16a, 16b at the tip end. An opening is provided in a holder joint, and the chip holder 10 is attracted by a magnet and attached to the opening, whereby the attachment/detachment of the chip holder is facilitated. Offset data of the chip are recorded as a two-dimensional code 17 on the surface of the chip holder 10. The offset data are read out and inputted to the scribe device in replacment of the chip holder, whereby the offset is canceled. According to this, the replacement of the chip can be performed during short-time device stop without an operation which has been required for correction in the attachment/detachment of the chip holder.
