摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating method of organic waste and a treating apparatus thereof by which even the organic waste having high water content is accelerated in microbial degradation in a state as it is to be made into compost or reduced in volume without drying using heat energy or wind blowing as in a conventional manner and also without mixing agricultural by-product such as saw-dust. SOLUTION: In the method of treating the organic waste hardly permeating oxygen in a stand-still state and hardly causing biological reaction with microorganisms, oxygen is forcibly supplied into the organic waste to elevate the inner temperature of the organic waste to which oxygen is supplied by biological reaction and the biological reaction continues while keeping the elevated temperature to compost the organic waste. 摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method capable of decreasing or carbonizing a biomass material at an extremely low cost. SOLUTION: A method for decreasing or carbonizing one or more kinds of biomass materials, which are selected from among domestic animal wastes, agricultural wastes, fishery wastes and forestry wastes, in a container that can be heated and pressurized, includes: putting the biomass material into the container; controlling the initial environment in the container in such a manner as to satisfy all of the following requirements, (a) an oxygen-containing atmosphere, (b) a temperature of 55-80°C, (c) a pressure from the atmospheric pressure to 15 atm, and (d) a carbon monoxide concentration equal to or higher than 100 ppm, to rise the temperature of the biomass material to higher than 80°C; and, after a raise of temperature is started, controlling the continuous environment in the container in such a manner as to satisfy all of the following requirements: (A) an oxygen-containing atmosphere, (B) a pressure from the atmospheric pressure to 15 atm, and (C) a carbon monoxide concentration equal to or higher than 100 ppm, to allow the temperature of the biomass material to spontaneously rise to at least higher than 150°C, thereby decreasing or carbonizing the biomass material. 摘要: An oil-containing solid in which liquid oil is contained in a large amount and from which oil seepage is slight; and a process for producing the same. The oil-containing solid is produced by impregnating a porous solid with a W/O emulsion. Further, use is made of the W/O emulsion having a water-soluble gellable substance incorporated in the water phase thereof. Consequently, the water-soluble gellable substance is converted to a gel in pores of the porous solid, thereby enhancing the liquid oil leakage preventing effect of the W/O emulsion.

摘要: A method of treating biomass material, which can achieve volume reduction or carbonization of biomass material can be achieved at extremely low cost, is disclosed. The method of treating biomass material to achieve volume reduction or carbonization of one type or more of biomass material which is selected among food scraps, livestock excreta, agricultural waste products, marine waste products and forest waste products in a pressurizable and heatable container, includes: placing the biomass material in the container; setting an initial condition of the container after placing the biomass material, the initial condition including all of (a) an atmosphere in the container having oxygen, (b) a temperature range in the container being equal to or greater than 55 degree Celsius and equal to or less than 80 degree Celsius,(c) a pressure range in the container being equal to or greater than atmospheric pressure and equal to or less than 15 atmospheric pressure and (d) carbon monoxide concentration being equal to or greater than 100ppm; increasing temperature of the biomass material over 80 degree Celsius under the initial condition; setting a continuation condition after initiating increase in the temperature of the biomass to over 80 degree Celsius under the initial condition, the continuation condition including (i) the atmosphere in the container having oxygen, (ii) the pressure range in the container being equal to or greater than atmospheric pressure and equal to or less than 15 atmospheric pressure and (iii) a carbon monoxide concentration in the container being equal to or greater than 100ppm; and maintaining the continuation condition, in order to spontaneously increase temperature of the biomass material over at least 150 degree Celsius, and achieve volume reduction or carbonization of the biomass material.

摘要: 본 발명은 높은 함수율의 투입 유기성 폐기물을 건조시키는 건조기(100)와, 상기 건조기로 부터 배출되는 건조 유기성 폐기물을 고형연료 기준에 부합되게 2차 건조시키는 연료화건조기(200), 상기 연료화건조기(200)에서 배출되는 건조 유기성 폐기물을 냉각시켜 성형기로 배출하는 건조물 냉각기(400)를 구비하는 유기성 폐기물의 연료화와 부숙화 하이브리드 자원화시스템에 있어서, 상기 건조기(100)로 부터 공급받는 1차 건조된 유기성 폐기물을 부숙화시키는 부숙기(300)를 더 포함하며, 상기 연료화 건조기(200)와 부숙기(300)에 양단의 배출구들이 연결된 분배컨베이어(150)를 통하여 건조기(100)로 부터 1차 건조된 건조물을 수요에 따라 조절하여 연료화 건조기(200)와 부숙기(300)로 분배하여 공급하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하여 구성됨으로써, 유기성 폐기물을 고형연료나 퇴비로 수요량에 따라 생산량을 조절하여 대처할 수 있고, 연료화건조기에서 배출되는 배기가스나 부숙기에서 발생되는 배가스를 건조기로 공급하여 재사용하여 에너지를 절감하고, 멀티집진기(520)에서 배출되는 배기가스 일부를 탈습기(700)에서 응축 냉각기(710)로 수분을 제거하여 탈취로(120)로 공급하여 유기성 폐기물 건조 열원으로 이용하여 건조기에서 사용되는 열에너지 절감, 배기가스의 대기 배출량을 최소화하여 악취방지시설 설치 비용 절감, 대기오염물질의 배출 억제로 친환경 그린뉴딜 정책에 부합하는 효과가 있다.
