PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover a cell concentrate that disperses cells very uniformly in the state of a single cell with very little damage to the cells regardless of operators or operating conditions. SOLUTION: A vessel for centrifugal separation 1 includes a vessel body 2 that holds a cell-precipitate-containing solution containing a cell precipitate and rotates around a specified shaft with its bottom swung toward the outside in the radius direction, and a cylindrical suction tube 4 that has a suction mouth 4a disposed in the vessel body 2 and sucks the cell-precipitate-containing solution through the suction mouth 4a to send it to the outside of the vessel body 2. The suction tube 4 has dents 4b recessed toward the outside in the radius direction of the suction tube 4 that are located on the internal surface intermediate in the longitudinal direction of the suction tube 4. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control flying up of cells from a cell layer even by suction of supernatant and to improve a cell yield. SOLUTION: The centrifugal separation container 1 stores a cell suspension A and separates the cell suspension A into a cell layer B and a supernatant C by the action of centrifugal force. The centrifugal separation container 1 includes: a first cylindrical inner face 2b having an approximately cylindrical shape; a tapered inner face 2c arranged at the tip of the first cylindrical inner face 2b and gradually tapering toward the tip; and a second cylindrical inner face 2d that is arranged at the tip of the tapered inner face 2c, has an approximately cylindrical shape with a closed tip and a length dimension for forming an interface D between the cell layer B and the supernatant C at the middle position of its axial direction.
