SOLUTION: A method for treating patients includes a delivery process of a concentrated amount of stem cells obtained from processed adipose tissue. The method can be performed in a closed system, thus no stem cell is exposed to the exterior environment before administration to the patient. The composition administered to the patient includes a mixture of the adipose tissue and the stem cells, and includes higher concentration of stem cells than when the adipose tissue was removed from the patient.
