A drift at the bare tube part (18) of the heat-transfer tube bundles (11, 12, 13) can be significantly reduced.

摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and system for treating exhaust gas in which oxidation efficiency of mercury present in exhaust gas is greatly improved by increasing the contact area of its denitrification catalyst and the exhaust gas fed into its denitrification device. SOLUTION: The apparatus 10 for treating exhaust gas, having a denitrification catalyst layer 13 that removes NOx from the exhaust gas 12 and oxidizes Hg by spraying HCl into the exhaust gas 12, comprises a spiral-flow generation member 30A which is disposed on the inlet 13a side of the denitrification catalyst layer 13, and constituted of: a spiral-flow generation member body formed by divided into sections each allotted to individual passages of the denitrification catalyst layer 13; and a plurality of spiral-flow generation wings attached to the divided inner walls for generating turbulence. Thus, the laminar flow of the exhaust gas 12 flowing in a smoke duct 19 is converted into a spiral flow in the denitrification catalyst layer 13, the contact time of the exhaust gas 12 and the denitrification catalyst is increased, and the efficiency of the oxidation of Hg in the exhaust gas 12 by the denitrification catalyst is enhanced. 摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional heat exchanger that a sufficient straightening effect cannot be obtained since a straightening plate is disposed only near a bare tube in the heat exchanger. SOLUTION: The apparatus 10 for treating exhaust gas, having a denitrification catalyst layer 13 that removes nitrogen oxides from the exhaust gas and oxidizes mercury by spraying hydrochloric acid into the exhaust gas, comprises a plurality of spiral-flow generation members 15A each disposed in the individual passages 14 of the denitration catalyst layer 13 and each formed of a vertical shaft 22 disposed inside the passage 14 of the honeycomb catalyst and four spiral-flow generation wings 23 radially attached to the vertical shaft 22 with a predetermined gap apart in the direction of the vertical shaft 22 for generating a turbulent flow in the exhaust gas. Thus, the efficiency of the oxidation of mercury in the exhaust gas by the denitrification catalyst is enhanced by increasing the contact time of the exhaust gas and the denitrification catalyst by generating a spiral flow in the exhaust gas in the plurality of passages 14 of the denitrification catalyst layer 13.
