    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch a gas flow passage in three or more directions according to the control of switching gas supply with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A gas flow passage part includes a main flow passage 21 which has a gas inlet 20 of sample gas at one end, terminal branch flow passages 26, 27, 29, 30 which are branched from the main flow passage 21 into two and further branched from each branch flow passage 23, 24 into two, and switching gas supply flow passages 35, 36, 37, 38 connected to the middle of each terminal branch flow passage, wherein these flow passages are formed on a metal member in the middle of a laminated structure. When injecting the switching gas into switching gas injection ports 39, 40, 41, 42 at a predetermined gas supply pressure, the switching gas flows suitably in the branch flow passages according to the difference of gas pressure, and the sample gas injected from the gas inlet 20 flows into the terminal branch flow passage to which the switching gas supply flow passage is connected where the switching gas is injected at the lowest gas supply pressure.
