SOLUTION: An image is projected onto a positively charged substrate with an exposed hydrophilic monoclonal antibody applied to at least a portion of the substrate, and at least one antigen dye is stuck onto the image-projected substrate so that at least one antigen dye particle is bound to the exposed portion of the substrate.
