Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent omission in inspection in inspecting that image formation based on a plurality of output instructions has been performed in correct order.SOLUTION: A control device includes: a print management unit 110 that acquires print data for an image forming apparatus 200 to form images, and performs output processing to output the print data to a storage unit 120 temporarily storing the print data; a print control unit 130 that acquires the print data from the storage unit 120, and performs transmission processing to transmit the print data to the image forming apparatus 200; means for creating an output order list in which execution order of print jobs is recorded; means for creating a print oder list in which execution order of the print jobs is recorded; an inspection unit 140 that inspects whether the execution order of the print jobs in the output order list and the execution order of the print jobs in the print order list coincide with each other; and means for creating comparison completion information for specifying print jobs in the output order list inspected by the inspection unit 140, and print jobs in the print order list inspected by the inspection unit 140.
Abstract:
An image processing apparatus which is capable of improving security of a printout by preventing a user from forgetting to take out the printout, and improving the efficiency of the whole system and user operability. A network section receives a job and a user ID for identifying a user from an external apparatus, and receives a user ID for identifying a user who is to exit from a specific area. It is confirmed whether or not the received user IDs match each other, and if it is confirmed that the received user IDs match each other, it is further checked whether or not the job of the user has been executed. If it is checked that the job of the user has not been executed, an attribute of the job is changed.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that can efficiently use a reading portion, which reads information from wireless tags, and utilize the wireless tags on the inside and outside of a housing. SOLUTION: A laser printer 1 has a wireless tag reading portion 80 disposed at the upper edge of an opening 2A vertically rotatably. A front cover 5 is disposed on the lower end side of the opening 2A so as to be movable between a closed position and an opened position. When the front cover 5 is located in the closed position, the wireless tag reading portion 80 is supported by a contact supporting portion 6 from below to be located in a first position, and can read the wireless tag on the outside of an apparatus housing 2. As the front cover 5 moves to the opened position, the wireless tag reading portion 80 rotates vertically downward to move to a second position. In this case, the wireless tag reading portion 80 reads a drawer tag and a cartridge tag 45. When the front cover 5 moves from the opened position to the closed position, the wireless tag reading portion 80 contacts the contact supporting portion 6, and thereby rotates vertically upward to move to the first position. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copying machine controller 30, capable of realizing copying management of a printed matter, postscript to duplication, distribution of destination management of the duplication or external transmission control of the duplication, using an existing digital copying machine 20. SOLUTION: The copying machine controller 30 acquires the scan image of the printed matter from the digital copying machine 20, performs processing for the acquired scan image, and then returns the scan image to the digital copying machine 20 to be printed on the matter to be printed. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that is superior in safety that can prevent image data from being taken out easily, and to prove a control method of the image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: When a USB memory 10 is attached to a USB port 8a and identification data of a user are input on a control panel 3, it is determined whether the identification data input coincide with identification data registered, in advance. When a decision result of this determination is affirmative, a saving operation for saving, in the USB memory 10, image data in a hard disk drive 25 is permitted. However, when the determination result is negative, the saving operation is inhibited. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus with a non-contact type card reader and a contact type card reader without reducing operability. SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus comprises a scanner section 10 (image reading means), a printing section 20 (image forming means), an operation section 30 having an input section 31 receiving operational information and a display section 32, a contact type card reader 51 for inputting/outputting information to/from a contact type IC card 61 recording information thereon, and a setting table section 40 (setting table) for installing thereon a non-contact type IC card reader 52 for inputting/outputting information to/from a non-contact type IC card. In the setting table section 40, a portion closer to an operator is formed as a non-contact type IC card reader use section 42 in which the non-contact type IC card reader 52 is arranged, and a section farther from the operator is formed as a contact-type IC card reader use section 41 in which the contact type IC card reader 51 is arranged.
