PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcasting receiver 20 capable of longer display of video, having high resolution without imposing burdensome operations on the user. SOLUTION: The digital broadcasting receiver 20 changes the switching threshold based on vehicle information. The switching threshold allows a plurality of decoders for digital broadcasting for outputting different digital broadcasting video, each according to the reception state of radio waves for digital broadcasting. As a plurality of decoders for digital broadcasting, for example, there are a decoder 200 for fixed reception outputting digital that broadcasts video for a fixed receiver, and a decoder 201 for mobile type that outputs digital broadcasting video for mobile receiver. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improvement in a passenger entertainment system employing an improved audio signal distribution system, and to provide a method for use on commercial aircrafts and other vehicles. SOLUTION: The method of generating an analog audio signal free of amplitude changes to be used by a noise cancellation headset of a passenger entertainment system includes a step of generating the digital signal having repetitive sample patterns, a step of supplying the digital signal to a digital/analog converter, and a step of converting the digital signal to an analog format. By employing the system and the method, a high channel capacity and low electric power consumption can be obtained, and a state that is substantially not affected by quantization noise, background noise, crosstalks, etc., can be maintained. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide respective departure lounges of an airport with different pieces of information for respective destinations and to switch the information displayed at a display device accompanying the takeoff of an airplane. SOLUTION: A broadcasting system for displaying broadcasting contents at a plurality of display devices installed in the departure lounge of the airport by using a personal computer is provided with the personal computer for creating the broadcasting contents, a data server for storing the broadcasting contents created in the personal computer, an image distribution server for distributing the broadcasting contents sent from the data server, a vision controller for displaying and instructing the broadcasting contents sent from the image distribution server at the respective display devices and a reception means capable of receiving schedule information of the airport. The broadcasting contents for the respective destinations are displayed at the plurality of display devices and the broadcasting contents for the respective destinations are switched by the schedule information.
