    摘要: 【課題】光学的立体造形法(光造形法)を用いて、審美的に優れ人工歯に求められる諸特性に優れた人工歯を、短時間で円滑に且つ簡単に製造することのできる歯科用光重合性組成物を提供する。 【解決手段】歯科用光重合性組成物を、(a)(メタ)アクリレート系重合性単量体、(b)凝集性無機フィラー、及び、(c)光重合開始剤を含み、(a)(メタ)アクリレート系重合性単量体は、(a1)ウレタン構造を含む(メタ)アクリレート系重合性単量体及び(a2)ウレタン構造を含まない(メタ)アクリレート系重合性単量体の割合が、51〜80重量部:49〜20重量部であり、(a)(メタ)アクリレート系重合性単量体と(b)凝集性無機フィラーとの割合が重量部で50〜91:50〜9の範囲であり、(a)(メタ)アクリレート系重合性単量体100重量部に対して(c)光重合開始剤を0.1〜5重量部含む、3Dプリンタ用歯科用光重合性組成物とする。 【選択図】なし

    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for dental tooth plates needing no operation of weighing, mixing/kneading when to be used, free from any concern about entraining air bubbles, free from any possibility of physical property deterioration, staining with time and discoloration when used in making dental tooth plates, and capable of giving dentures with large elastic energy, such high impact resistance as to caused a seldom breakage even if subjected to shock e.g. when dropped or stress. SOLUTION: This resin composition for dental tooth plates is in an one-pasty form, comprising (a) polymerizable monomer and/or oligomer giving a modulus of 0.25-3.00 GPa when polymerized, (b) organic filler and/or organic/inorganic composite filler with a modulus of 0.25-3.00 GPa, (c) a polymerization initiator consisting of heat polymerization-type initiator and/or photopolymerization type initiator, and as necessary (d) an inorganic filler.

    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the abrasion resistance and the water-absorbing property of a composition used as a dental crown, a bridge material and a denture flooring material. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by mixing (a) approximately 10-30 wt.% of a methacrylic acid ester oligomer, (b) approximately 65-90 wt.% of an ethoxylated dimethacrylic acid bisphenol A which has the structural formula of CH2 =C(CH3 )CO2 (C2 H4 O)x C6 H4 C(CH3 )2 C6 H4 (OC2 H4 )y O2 C(CH3 )=CH2 in which x+y is an integer of 1-20 and (C) approximately 0-40 wt.% of an ethoxylated monomer using as an eluent for decreasing the viscosity of the composition to make the total 100 wt.% by selecting specific proportions from respective content ranges of these components. By using this ethoxylated dimethacrylic acid bisphenol A, the relative amount of dimethacrylic acid ester oligomer is decreased. Further, the wettability of cured resin composition is improved by using the ethoxylated monomer. This composition is suitable for using for dental-filling substance adhesive and the like, and the improved water-absorbing property and the excellent abrasion resistance are obtained.

    摘要: The invention relates to radiation curable compositions for molding both rigid and flexible medical, orthodontic and other articles. The present invention broadly encompasses pourable liquid compositions which are radiation curable to form rigid or flexible articles. Uses of the compositions include medical devices, flexible or rigid prostheses, dental and orthodontic applications, model-making, and even industrial parts. In its broadest aspects, the compositions of the present invention include as the primary component acrylic-functional polyurethane resin(s), diluent monomers to dilute the composition to the desired consistency, photosensitizers, synergistic reducing agents, lubricants, thickeners, reinforcing fillers and pigments, as needed for the particular application. These components are present in suitable proportions so as to achieve the desired results in terms of physical properties (i.e., strength, hardness, etc.).
