SOLUTION: This method comprises a pretreatment step (I) for separating a waste plastic into a polyolefin plastic and other plastics; a thermal decomposition step (II) for thermally decomposing the polyolefin plastic; a catalytic decomposition step (III) wherein 2-4C olefins are formed from a thermal decomposition gas 5 (generated at step II) by the action of a boron-containing silicate catalyst 7 of a first catalytic decomposition section 8 and BTX and hydrogen are formed by the action of a gallium-containing silicate catalyst 9 of a second catalytic decomposition section 10; a high-boiling-point component separation step (IV) for separating a high-boiling-point component from a gas 13 coming out of step III; and a gas-liquid separation step (V) wherein the gas 13 freed of the high-boiling-point component is cooled to be separated into a gas phase 16 mainly comprising a 2-4C olefin gas and hydrogen and a liquid phase 17 mainly comprising BTX.

    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the recovery ratio of styrene monomer by raising the decomposition ratio and suppressing the side reactions of the styrene monomer when polystyrene is decomposed in high-temperature and high-pressure water. SOLUTION: This method is to decompose the polystyrene in the high- temperature and high-pressure water in a reactor. The temperature of the high- temperature and high-pressure water is 250-550 deg.C and the pressure thereof is the saturated steam pressure or above or the critical pressure or above at the temperature. An aqueous solution in which low-molecular compound components produced by the decomposition are dissolved therein is continuously led out to a region under conditions of a lower temperature than that in a decomposition reaction region while continuously feeding the high-temperature and high-pressure water to the reactor. Thereby, the time for the low-molecular compound component to stay in the decomposition reaction region is reduced.

SOLUTION: This method is to produce the cyclopentadiene and the cyclopentadiene derivative by heating a mixture containing dicylopentadiene and/or a dicyclopentadiene derivative and the method comprises a first step of heating the mixture and providing a vapor, a second step of heating and maintaining the vapor at a higher temperature than the boiling point of the cyclopentadiene or the cyclopentadiene derivative, condensing and removing high-boiling components and recovering the residual vapor and a third step of heating and maintaining the recovered vapor at a lower temperature than the boiling point of the cyclopentadiene or the cyclopentadiene derivative, condensing and recovering the cyclopentadiene or the cyclopentadiene derivative. The yield of the cyclopentadiene or the cyclopentadiene derivative is improved by bringing the vapor into contact with nitrogen gas in the third step.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To provide the method for producing the subject compound by thermally decomposing dicyclopentadiene in a liquid phase and subsequently subjecting the produced cyclopentadiene to a Diels Alder reaction with butadiene, capable of reducing the loss of the dicyclopentadiene and the cyclopentadiene. CONSTITUTION:In the method for producing the 5-vinyl-2-norbornene by thermally decomposing (A) dicyclopentadiene and subsequently reacting (B) the obtained cyclopentadiene with butadiene, the raw material solution comprising (C) tetrahydroindene and the compound A in a C/A weight ratio of 5/100 to 80/100 is thermally decomposed in an aromatic hydrocarbon solvent having a boiling point of 250-300 deg.C at a reaction temperature of 200-240 deg.C for 10-120min, and the reaction mixture is distilled to obtain a fraction consisting mainly of the compound B and a fraction containing the compounds A and C. The latter fraction is further distilled to separate the compound A from the compound C. The compound A is circulated to the thermal decomposition process, and the compound C is removed to the outside. Then, the compound B is subjected to a Diels Alder reaction with butadiene, and the obtained reaction mixture is distilled into the objective compound and the compound A. The compound A is circulated to the thermal decomposition process.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To provide a resin processing apparatus capable of directly decomposing crushed resin pieces with heat to continuously extract and recover raw material components from the resin by using a crushing mechanism to crush a resin material and a decomposition treatment means to effect the thermal decomposition of resin pieces crushed by the crushing mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A resin material 3 placed on a feeding conveyor 10 is supplied through an introducing part 10a and a guide plate 11 to a crushing part composed of rotary crushing shafts 12, 13. The crushing of the resin 3 is surely and efficiently performed by rotating a pull-in rotor 14 placed above the crushing part and pulling the resin material 3 into the gap between the rotary crushing shafts 12, 13 by the pull-in arms 141 of the rotor. The resin pieces formed by the crushing action of the rotary crushing shafts 12, 13 are dropped into a container 16, transferred through a transfer pipe by a screw conveyor 17 and directly thrown into a decomposition furnace. The decomposition furnace is charged with calcium hydroxide as a catalyst or oxygen to promote the decomposition of the polymer.
