본 발명은 배관 테이프에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 저렴한 폴리염화비닐(PVC)를 주원료로 친환경 가소제와 가소제 첨가제와 난연제와 안정제의 적절한 혼합 성형을 통해 별도의 점착층 도포 작업 등이 필요 없이 물성(경도)와 표면 조도의 조절을 통해 점착성을 가지도록 함으로써, 단가의 절감은 물론 제조 공정상의 간소화에 따른 제작상의 편리함과 원가의 절감이 가능하게 하며, 또한 성형 과정에서 연속된 열융착 각인을 통해 안전문구의 표현이 가능하게 함으로써, 테이핑 후 탈착시 잉크 등의 이물질이 배관의 표면에 흡착되는 것이 방지되게 하며, 이에 따른 테이핑 작업이 편리하게 하기 위한 배관 보호용 자가 점착테이프 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosslinked vinyl chloride polymer latex composition yielding an excellent initial adhesion force between a rubber composition and a fiber as well as adhesion force within a high-temperature atmosphere and post-thermal-degradation adhesion force.SOLUTION: The provided crosslinked vinyl chloride polymer latex composition not only includes a polymer possessing repeating units expressed by the following general formula (1) or repeating units expressed by the following general formula (1) and units expressed by (α-substituted or unsubstituted) acrylate compounds but also includes, with respect to 100 parts.wt. of repeating units expressed by the following general formula (1), 1.0-5.0 parts.wt. of an organic compound including a sulfonate or sulfuric acid ester salt and 0.05-2.5 parts.wt. of a higher fatty acid salt, whereas the average particle diameter of the crosslinked vinyl chloride polymer is 0.15 μm or less, whereas the tetrahydrofuran-insoluble content thereof is 10-99 wt.%; a method for manufacturing the same and an adhesion adjuvant, an adhesive treatment liquid for a rubber composition-fiber composite, and a rubber composition-fiber composite each including the same are also provided.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride-based self-adhesive film having no variation of winding conditions to wires by operators, capable of reducing operation processes and being used without pre-insertion.SOLUTION: A self-adhesive film is constituted by a composition containing 100 pts.mass of a vinyl chloride polymer, 5 to 80 pts.mass of a plasticizer, 1 to 20 pts.mass of a tackifier and 1 to 10 pts.mass of a modifier. The self-adhesive film is contracted by heating after winding the film to wires, and wires can be bundled.
