摘要: 【課題】都心等における利用にも耐えられるように、振動と騒音と粉塵の発生をより低減した地中杭破砕方法を提案すること等を目的とする。 【解決手段】杭頭が露出された状態の地中杭に、地中杭の長さ方向に沿って杭頭から破砕薬装填孔を穿孔する工程と、杭頭から、破砕薬装填孔に、破砕薬とセメントタンパーとを交互に、破砕薬が一定の間隔となるように、地中杭の長さ方向に沿って多段に挿入する工程と、多段に挿入された破砕薬を、杭頭から地中杭の底部に向けて順次に、0.025秒〜0.5秒の範囲の一定時間毎に、着火して破砕する工程と、を有する地中杭破砕方法とする。 【選択図】図1

The drive mechanism 6 is provided with means for allowing the cutter spindle 4 to swing. The underground small diameter pipe A is cut-off by the rotation and revolution of the cutter 8.

The mechanism 18 includes a carrying screw 18a disposed in the vicinity of the tip cap 14, a driving device 18b disposed on the uper side of the screw 18a, and a discharge chute 18c installed below the screw 18 a. By the mechanism 18, sediment 16 is supplied through a supply port 12b into the casing 12, the sediment is transferred to the discharge chute 18c side by the screw 18a, and then at the time of pulling out the casing 12, the sediment is released to the outside through the chute 18c and the discharge port.

When the tip 13 as a contact detection end 4 with a signal sensor 2 comes into contact with the pipe 1 to form a closed loop, a breaker 5 is operated on signals from the sensor 2 and the power source 15 of the driving source 14 of the working machine 11 is interrupted to stop the operation of the machine 11.
