    摘要: PURPOSE:To uniformly heat and anneal a laminated iron core having an arbitrary height size and to prevent the generation of a defective product by laminating and disposing plural pieces of small blocks consisting of magnetic materials corresponding to the height size of the laminated iron core to both ends of said iron core and subjecting the iron core to induction heating. CONSTITUTION:The laminated iron core 14 consisting of many annular iron core plates 14a is disposed in an induction heating device 11 disposed with induction coils 13 in a heating furnace 12. The heat treatment compensation blocks 15 consisting of the magnetic materials are disposed to the parts at both ends of the laminated iron core 14. The blocks 15 are constituted by laminating the plural small blocks 15a-15d and the number of the small blocks 15a... to be used is determined by the height size of the iron core 14. The iron core 14 is annealed by induction heating in the above-mentioned constitution, by which the heat radiation at both ends of the iron core 14 is suppressed and the magnetic flux passing the iron core 14 is uniformized. The iron core 14 is thus uniformly heated.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To quickly and uniformly anneal many coils by disposing heat sources for radiation to face the axial end faces of the coils in an annealing furnace in the stage of subjecting the coiled steel strips to batch annealing. CONSTITUTION:A door 17 provided to a charging port 16 in a front wall part 13 of the annealing furnace 9 is opened and a carriage 23 imposed with the plural steel strip coils C on coil supporting plates 30 on 3 stages of tables 25, 26, 27 is housed into the furnace by wheels 24 and rails 18 on a hearth 15. The door 17 is closed and the heat sources 19, 10, 21, 22 for radiation provided to the inside of the annealing furnace 9 are energized. The end faces of the coils C are made approximately parallel with the heat sources 19, 20 of the larger capacity. The radiation heat from the heat sources 19, 20 of the larger capacity is radiated on the end faces of the coils C and is transmitted into the coils from the end parts where the heat conductivity is lowest in the coils C; at the same time, the plural coils C are quickly heated to the uniform temp. by the radiation heating from the top and bottom by the radiation heat sources 21, 21 of the smaller capacity, by which the coils are efficiently annealed.
