Abstract: 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 유기전계발광표시장치는, 적색, 녹색 및 청색 화소 영역이 정의된 기판, 상기 기판 상에 형성된 제 1 전극 및 제 1 정공 수송층, 상기 제 1 정공 수송층 상에 상기 각 화소 영역마다 형성된 제 1 발광공통층, 제 2 발광공통층 및 제 3 발광공통층과, 상기 제 3 발광공통층 상에 형성된 전자 수송층 및 제 2 전극을 포함한다. 이에 따라, 각 화소 영역에 별도의 발광층을 형성시킬 필요가 없으므로 파인 메탈 마스크(FMM) 없이 발광층을 형성할 수 있어 혼색 방지 및 마스크 불량에 따른 문제점을 개선할 수 있으며, 공정 단순화 및 제조비용 절감이 가능하다.

Abstract: An organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a substrate in which red, green, and blue pixel regions are defined; a first electrode and a first hole transport layer formed on the substrate; a first light emitting common layer, a second light emitting common layer, and a third light emitting common layer formed on each pixel region of the first hole transport layer; and an electron transport layer and a second electrode formed on the third light emitting common layer. Accordingly, a light emitting layer can be formed without a fine metal mask (FMM) since a separate light emitting layer doesn′t need be formed for each pixel region, thereby problems due to color mixing prevention and faulty mask can be resolved and process simplification and production cost reduction can be achieved.
