    摘要: PURPOSE: A roaster is provided to maximize cooking efficiency of foods by flowing the air in an upper surface of the roaster and the foods, and to prevent deformation of a shape of the foods such as fish and meat etc. CONSTITUTION: A roaster(100) includes a roasting pan(110). The roasting pan is made of an elastic molding material prepared by sintering charcoal particles, and comprised of a protruded surface to upward. The top surface of the roaster is spread to a radial shape. A plurality of lines of a comb shape are formed to an outer direction. A collecting hole(117) is formed to collect the heat of a heating source to heat the food. A first inclined part(117a) having an inclined angle gradually wider toward the bottom is formed.

    摘要: A method of preparing a carbon solid using tar sludge obtained from a coke manufacturing process is provided to create efficient and high-value usage of the tar sludge, and to manufacture the carbon solid by a simple treatment without adding additionally aggregate. A method of preparing a carbon solid includes the steps of: pulverizing a solid content in a tar sludge, and blowing in air therein at 350-450deg.C for 30min to 1hour, so as to obtain a self-sinterable powder of 0.1mm in size; press-forming the powder under 100-2000kg/ cm^2, and firing the powder at 800-1000deg.C for 30min to 1 hour under inert atmosphere using argon or nitrogen gas. The solid content is mostly composed of fine cokes and a little of fine coal particles, and has an average particle size of 0.5mm or less.
