    摘要: PURPOSE: A preparation method of carbon-carbon composites is provided to reduce the time for process and produce the carbon-carbon composites having the good friction coefficient, friction amount, thermal conductivity, thermal expansion coefficient, density, specific heat, strength and oxidation resistance. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of carbon-carbon composites comprises a step(S10) to prepare a mat using the carbon fiber, carbon fabric, carbon sheet and staple fiber; a step(S20) to laminate at least 3 layers of the mat; a step(S30,S40) to make the laminated mat into a preform by the needle punching process; a step(S50) to carry out the first heat treatment of the preform at a predetermined temperature; a step(S60) to carry out the densification of the preform; a step(S70) to carry out the final heat treatment of the preform at a predetermined temperature; and a step to process the preform into a predetermined form(S80) and then to carry out the anti-oxidative treatment(S90).
