CONSTITUTION: A cement mortar composition contains 50-98 wt% of inorganic binder, 0.01-15 wt% of polymer compound, 1-40 wt% of fine aggregate, and 0.1-10 wt% of water. The polymer compound contains 60-99 wt% of styrene-acrylic emersion, 0.1-15 wt% of styrene-butadiene emulsion, 0.01-15 wt% of acrylamide emulsion, and 0.01-15 wt% of ethylene vinyl acetate emulsion. The polymer compound additionally contains 0.1-10 wt% of polyether sulfone resin. The polymer emulsion contains 65-95 weight% of SB emulsion, 4-30 weight% of methylmethacrylate, 0.05-5 weight% of emulsifier, and 0.05-4 weight% of silane emulsion. The fast-curing cement binding material contains: 3-35 weight% of Portland cement, 3-28 weight% of fast-curing cement, 2-20 weight% of gypsum, 2-20 weight% of metakaolin, 5-40 weight% of silica powder, and 0.05-6 weight% of lithium carbonate.

CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing axial light concrete blocks comprises the following steps of: putting a lower mortar composition consisting of aggregate, portland cement, water, and an admixture in a mold; primarily compressing the lower mortar composition(10) using a hydraulic cylinder; placing an upper mortar composition(20) consisting of aggregate, alumina cement, and water on the primarily compressed mortar; secondarily compressing the upper mortar composition using the hydraulic cylinder; placing a luminescent plate(30) on the upper mortar composition; integrate the luminescent plate with the mortar compositions using the hydraulic cylinder; and demoulding and curing the prepared axial light concrete blocks.
