The power supply unit is mounted on the main body and the cover member and is connected to the hotwire. The switch unit controls the connection of the hotwire and the power supply unit.

    摘要: A small air-pump is provided to improve exhaust power by separately forming a suction chamber, to reduce heat generated by friction between a diaphragm and an inner wall of a cylinder and to clean polluted air at an early stage. An upper housing(80) has an open lower part, a securing plane for installing a rotary motor(10) at an upper side, and an opening formed at a front. The rotary motor is installed on the top side of the upper housing for generating motive power. An eccentric cam(20) is installed inside the upper housing, being joined with the rotary motor. A diaphragm(30) has a bearing(32) to reciprocate in a straight line by operation of the eccentric cam and has a plurality of through holes(33). A suction valve(40) is installed in the center among the through holes of the diaphragm. A lower housing(70) is combined with the upper housing to maintain airtightness of an area contacting with the lower part of the upper housing. A suction pipe(71) is formed to make external air flow into the lower housing. A cover(60) is combined with the opening of the front of the upper housing with maintaining airtightness, has an operating section for the diaphragm and has an exhaust pipe(61) discharging compressed air. An exhaust valve(50) is installed at an area adjacent to the diaphragm operating section of the cover. An antibiotic filter(75) is installed at the suction pipe formed at the lower housing.

The muffler includes a housing composed of connecting passages formed at both sides and sealed with a cover by a packing; a plurality of partitions alternately arranged in the housing; sound absorbing materials filled in the housing; an intake port connecting pipe(27) disposed to the connecting passage and connected with the intake port; and an air inlet pipe(28) for corresponding to the intake port connecting pipe installed to the connecting passage. The case embeds the air compressor and the muffler and forms a vibroisolating groove corresponding to the vibroisolating tool and a plurality of air intake holes(32) to the lower side of the case. The discharge pipe is installed to the eject port to discharge the compressed air out of the case.

CONSTITUTION: Dual pillar type pump supports(6) are used instead of a casing of a pneumatic pump(1). A pneumatic motor is installed on the pump supports. The pneumatic motor has a piston built in a cylinder(8). A master valve(9) is mounted on a rear side of the cylinder to selectively supply two channels in the cylinder with air pressure, and open the channel not supplied with air pressure to allow air in the cylinder to be discharged to the outside. The pneumatic motor and the master valve are completely exposed thereby to allow a cylinder cover(10) to be opened for checking and rearing an inside of the pneumatic motor, and to allow mufflers(17) to be mounted by securing a space around the master valve. Side holes are bored on a main body of the master valve to be connected with air pressure supply channels, and to allow the mufflers to be installed thereon, respectively. Noise generated as air pressure is supplied to the air pressure supply channels flows to the mufflers through the side holes to be muffled.
