摘要: PURPOSE: A linear heater and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture the carbon nano tube structure of a arbitrary size by using a carbon nano tube, thereby making the linear heater light and facilitating the use of the linear heater. CONSTITUTION: A reflective layer(210) is installed in the surface of a linear supporting body(202). A heating element(204) is installed in the surface of the reflecting layer. Two electrodes(206) are electrically connected to the heating element. An insulating protective layer(208) is installed in the surface of the heating element. The linear supporting body supports the heating element. A hard material or a flexible material is used as the material of the linear supporting body.

摘要: PURPOSE: A heating plate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form a nano particle heating layer with a large area using a thin film using the nano particle. CONSTITUTION: A heating plate includes a base(10), a heating layer(11), a protective layer(12), an adhesion reinforcement layer and a feeder. The base has a first side and a second side. The heating layer is formed in at least part of the first side of the base. The heating layer is formed by necking the conductive nano particles physically. A protective layer protects the heating layer. The protective layer is made of the insulating material. The adhesion reinforcement layer is formed between the heating layer and the base for fixing the heating layer on the base. The feeder supplies the power to the heating layer.

A vehicle radiator using carbon micro-fiber(101) includes a radiator using an engine coolant, a heat board and a heating unit. The heating unit operates a terminal mounted on both end parts of a heating filament made of the carbon micro-fiber through on/off of sources of electricity. The heating filament is manufactured by inserting single wall type carbon nano-tube of which diameter is 0.7nm~70nm and a conductive carbon powder mixture mixed with carbon powder in a circular or square pillar type frame made of a metal material. The heating filament formed an insulating layer(103).
