Abstract: PURPOSE: A burner for diesel particulate filter regeneration is provided to induce the discharge with a metal ball formed on the surface of a conical shape positive electrode and to improve ignition by supplying a fuel mixed air to the metal ball. CONSTITUTION: A burner for diesel particulate filter regeneration comprises a fuel mixed air supply unit(140) and a metal ball(150). A nozzle(144) of a fuel air mixer feed port is connected to a reactive unit(121) and supplies the fuel mixed air to the reactive unit. The metal ball is located in the outer circumference of a positive electrode(130) and makes the fuel air mixer sprayed through the nozzle ignite.
