摘要: PURPOSE: A method for fabricating lenticular card having high resolution image is provided to create high resolution images using high resolution lenticular lens sheet of 140LPI or greater. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating lenticular card having high resolution image comprises the following steps of: preparing stereo-scopic image data, lenticular lens sheet, card sheet at a time or sequentially(S100); printing stereo-scopic images on the rear side of the lenticular lens sheet using the stereo-scopic image data(S200); coating a low temperature curable adhesive on the rear side of the lenticular lens sheet or the front of the card sheet to form an adhesive layer(S300); placing the lenticular lens sheet on the card sheet, and compressing them with a press to make them laminated(S400); and punching the laminated card sheet and lenticular lens sheet to form a lenticular card(S500).

摘要: An electrification preventing film, a method for manufacturing the film, and a card using the film are provided to prevent loss of data stored in a credit card, magnetic card, and electronic card by blocking static electricity using electrification preventing film. A manufacturing method of an electrification preventing film is as follows. A synthetic resin 68.5~95.5 weight%, an electrification preventing material 0.5~3.5 weight%, and an additive material 4~28 weight%(the total amount of the synthetic resin, the electrification preventing material, and the additive material is 100 weight%) are mixed to manufacture a mixture material. The mixture material is injected in a first rolling mill and produced as gel-type. The gel-type mixture material is injected in a second rolling mill and extruded as a sheet type.
