A manufacturing method of an electrification preventing film is as follows. A synthetic resin 68.5~95.5 weight%, an electrification preventing material 0.5~3.5 weight%, and an additive material 4~28 weight%(the total amount of the synthetic resin, the electrification preventing material, and the additive material is 100 weight%) are mixed to manufacture a mixture material. The mixture material is injected in a first rolling mill and produced as gel-type. The gel-type mixture material is injected in a second rolling mill and extruded as a sheet type.
