Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and a device for attenuating the motion of a hydraulic cylinder of a movable work machine are provided to reduce the speed of the hydraulic cylinder before reaching one movement limit, to maximally use the motion power of the hydraulic cylinder, and to prevent the hydraulic cylinder from driving at the excessive speed for a mechanical limit. CONSTITUTION: In a movable work machine like a hydraulic excavator for attenuating the speed of hydraulic cylinders(10,11) before reaching one movement limit and for moving the hydraulic cylinder at the decelerated speed, a method for attenuating the motion of the hydraulic cylinder throttles the inflow amount to the hydraulic cylinder or the outflow amount from the hydraulic cylinder with flow control units(4,5,6) to decelerate the speed, records the acting speed of the throttles before reaching each movement limit, and changes a time point when the throttling starts according to the recorded acting speed.

Abstract: 본발명은특히유압굴착기와같은이동작업기계의유압실린더의동작속도를감속시키기위한방법에관한것으로서, 유압실린더가하나의이동한계에도달하기전에유압실린더의동작속도가감속되고, 유압실린더가감속된속도로각각의이동한계까지움직이며, 속도를감속시킬목적으로, 유압실린더로의유입량과유압실린더로부터의유출량중 적어도어느하나가유량조절장치에의해조절된다. 본발명에의하면, 상기방법은각각의이동한계에도달하기전에유압실린더의동작속도가기록되고, 조절의시작에맞추어기록된동작속도에따라그 시점이변화하는것을특징으로한다. 또한, 본발명은특히유압굴착기와같은이동작업기계의유압실린더의동작속도를감속시키기위한장치에관한것으로서, 유압실린더의임시한계위치를기록하기위한위치기록장치, 유압실린더의유입량과유출량중 적어도하나를조절하기위한제어장치, 그리고임시한계위치에도달했을때 유량조절장치를제어하기위한제어장치를포함한다. 본발명에따르면, 임시한계위치에도달했을때 유압실린더의동작속도를기록하기위한속도기록장치와, 기록된동작속도에의해유량조절장치의구동을지연시키는지연장치를포함하는것에그 특징이있다.
