摘要: The present invention relates to a construction method for an offshore wind power structure. More specifically, the construction method for an offshore wind power structure minimizes offshore operations and simplifies temporary construction processes to improve constructability by transferring a tower, which is manufactured on land by using a vertical integration method, on the sea and temporarily constructing the tower when a wind power structure is constructed on the sea.

摘要: PURPOSE: An offshore wind power structure having a steel pipe foundation and a construction method thereof are provided to be reused by easily replacing a nacelle while applying a concrete tower structure. CONSTITUTION: An offshore wind power structure having a steel pipe foundation comprises a steel pipe pile(140), a foundation connection(150), a tower(110), berthing and inspection facilities(160), and a apparatus for connecting a steel pipe pile. The steel pipe pile is fixed under the sea. The foundation connection is precast, and connected to an upper part of the steel pipe pile. The foundation connection comprises a concrete spread foundation, a tower foundation, a steel pipe pile foundation, and a work hole. The tower foundation is installed in the center of the concrete spread foundation. The steel pipe pile foundation is connected to a lower part of the concrete spread foundation. The work hole is penetrated through the concrete spread foundation.

摘要: PURPOSE: An offshore wind turbine structure using a steel pipe pile foundation and a prefabricated structure is provided to easily connect a steel pipe pile to a foundation connection unit in an inclined direction using a guide band and a temporary fastening device. CONSTITUTION: An offshore wind turbine structure using a steel pipe pile foundation and a prefabricated structure comprises an inclined steel pipe pile(140), a foundation connection unit, a tower, and a steel pipe pile connection device. The inclined steel pipe pile is fixed to a seabed support layer. The foundation connection unit is connected to the top of the steel pipe pile. The tower is formed by loading one or more precast segments on the foundation connection unit. The steel pipe pile connection device accurately connects the steel pipe pile to the foundation connection unit.

摘要: The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for an off-shore wind farm structure. More specifically, in manufacturing a pre-cast segment for a high-strength concrete tower which is a highly durable material, the manufacturing method includes the steps of manufacturing multiple segments continuously by using a continuous extrusion method to form an entire tower as a whole. Accordingly, the present invention can minimize the process on the sea and simplify the manufacturing process to make the construction easier.
