摘要: PURPOSE: A ceramic matrix composite reinforced with fiber bundles is provided which has a uniform phase composition, micro crack structure and improved matrix and can be produced by conventional method. CONSTITUTION: The composite has ceramic matrix(24) and is reinforced with fiber bundles(20,21). The material comprises a reinforcing fiber bundle part(20) including two fiber bundle parts(20,21) having different fiber lengths divided by a minimum in the total fiber bundle distribution with respect to the fiber bundle length and a matrix bundle part(21). Also, the composite is characterized in that at least a part of the fiber bundles(20,21) has at least partially one or more of protective layer(s).

摘要: PURPOSE: To obtain linking parts which are distinguished by desired low thermal expansion coefficient and has superior fiber-matrix adhesion property by increased strength, and in which fiber is not broken up at all by results of internal stress. CONSTITUTION: The linking parts comprise carbon fiber the surface of which is oxidatively activated, and which additionally has carbonization coating, wherein the carbonization coating is a carbonization product of wax, pitch, natural resin, thermoplastic and thermosetting polymers, wherein the carbon fiber has an elastic coefficient of 200 to 250 GPa, wherein a linear thermal expansion coefficient is -0.5 to +0.1 μm/(K·m) in a direction parallel to the side surface and 1.7 to 2.1 μm/(K·m) in a direction perpendicular to the side surface, wherein the carbon fiber has an average length of 0.5 to 40 mm, wherein a mass part of the carbon fiber is 0.2 to 10 %, wherein a mass part of coating carbonized on the carbon fiber is 0.2 to 15 % of the carbon fiber, and wherein the carbon fiber is polyacrylonitrile based carbon fiber.

摘要: PURPOSE: A material produced from a fiber-reinforced composite material containing a ceramic matrix is provided, which material has a low specific gravity, good bulletproof properties and sufficient resistance to even repeated bullet hits, meets high safety requirements with respect to bullet hits and other impacts, and is used for forming a protective material. CONSTITUTION: The material comprises a fiber-reinforced composite material which has a ceramic matrix containing 10 wt% or more of silicon carbide, 5 wt% or more of carbon fiber and/or graphite fiber. At least one material has a size larger than 3 cm, preferably larger than 10 cm, more preferably larger than 30 cm in the direction perpendicular to the load direction. Preferably the material comprises an aluminium oxide fiber and/or a silicon nitride fiber and/or a Si/B/C/N fiber.
