摘要: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a traditional clay product with modified colors and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a traditional clay product that is not black but is of modified colors mixing slate grey, silver grey, dark brown and black in various patterns. The traditional clay product with modified colors according to the present invention sinters using clay of a unique composition, incompletely combusts the same to make formation of various colors possible, and has an advantage of mass producing high quality traditional clay products with modified colors in a short time by a capsule-type kiln.

A method for manufacturing the relief ceramic tiles includes the following: A plate is manufacture based on the composition(S10). The plate is carved, and the carved plate is dried(S30, S40). The dried plate is glazed and plasticized(S50, S60).

摘要: A ceramic clay brick manufacturing method using crushed powder of waste batteries is provided to reduce the cost of purchasing manganese dioxide used as a coloring admixture in producing ceramic clay bricks of black, dark red, or dark brown color. A ceramic clay brick manufacturing method using crushed powder of waste batteries comprises the steps of: crushing the clay mixture in the size of 0.5~2mm by using a roller crusher, wherein the clay mixture is produced by mixing clay of 70wt.%, sand or soil cement of 20~28wt.%, and crushed powder of 2~10wt.% obtained from the waste batteries as a coloring admixture for bricks; kneading the crushed clay mixture to make the water content at 18~22%, extruding the clay mixture in the shape of a brick by using a vacuum extrusion pug mill, and cutting the extruded clay mixture in the predetermined size; drying the extruded and molded bricks for 30~40 hours in a drying chamber, in order to adjust the water content to 0~5%; and preheating, sintering, and cooling the dried bricks at normal temperature or 1000°C, 1000~1200°C, and 1200°C or normal temperature, respectively in a continuous kiln.

CONSTITUTION: The linking parts comprise carbon fiber the surface of which is oxidatively activated, and which additionally has carbonization coating, wherein the carbonization coating is a carbonization product of wax, pitch, natural resin, thermoplastic and thermosetting polymers, wherein the carbon fiber has an elastic coefficient of 200 to 250 GPa, wherein a linear thermal expansion coefficient is -0.5 to +0.1 μm/(K·m) in a direction parallel to the side surface and 1.7 to 2.1 μm/(K·m) in a direction perpendicular to the side surface, wherein the carbon fiber has an average length of 0.5 to 40 mm, wherein a mass part of the carbon fiber is 0.2 to 10 %, wherein a mass part of coating carbonized on the carbon fiber is 0.2 to 15 % of the carbon fiber, and wherein the carbon fiber is polyacrylonitrile based carbon fiber.

摘要: 본 발명은 저비용의 제조 공정으로 다량의 섬유 유리 폐기물을 유용한 세라믹 제품으로 변형시키는 방법을 제공한다. 상기 방법은 섬유 유리 폐기물을 유리 분말로 변형시키고; 유리 분말과 첨가제를 유리-첨가제 혼합물로 혼합하고; 유리-첨가제 혼합물을 과립 입자로 과립화시키고; 과립 입자를 미가공 세라믹 물품으로 성형하고; 미가공 세라믹 물품을 세라믹 제품으로 가열하는 것으로 구성된다. 상기 공정에는 물과 점토가 포함될 수 있다. 약 700 ℃ 내지 약 1000 ℃ 의 낮은 피이크 소성 온도에 의한 오직 하나의 소성 단계만이 필요하다. 상기 방법은 점토 기재의 전통적인 세라믹 제조에 비해서 에너지와 천연 재료를 보존한다. 본 발명에 의해서 고품질의 불침투성 세라믹 제품을 제조할 수 있다.

摘要: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of food vessels emitting far infrared ray by adding amphibole to conventional pottery materials is provided. Accordingly, the resultant vessels keep nutrients and freshness of food, and decreases discoloration. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: mixing 30wt.% of feldspar, 30wt.% of kaolin, 20wt.% of clay, 10wt.% of pottery stone and 10wt.% of amphibole, and making a dough; molding in a shape of vessel; biscuit firing at 1200deg.C; coating with a glaze containing amphibole; and firing.
