Abstract: PURPOSE: A vegetation block for a reinforcement wall utilizing non-sintered cement and a manufacturing method are provided to improve permeability, durability and intensity and to grow plants well by excellent water absorption and moistness. CONSTITUTION: A vegetation block(100) for a reinforcement wall utilizing non-sintered cement comprises a front portion(110), a rear portion(120), and a vegetation groove(130). The front portion is formed in order to protrude from the rear portion and includes non-sintered cement, an intensity development material, sand, pigment, and red clay. The rear portion comprises a center portion(121) and a latching projection(126) and includes the non-sintered cement, aggregate, the intensity development material, and vermiculite. The vegetation groove is formed in between the front and rear portions.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A non-sintered water-permeable cement block including a photocatalyst coating, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the intensity and durability of the block to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a non-sintered water-permeable cement block(100) including a photocatalyst coating comprises the following steps: inserting a mixture for a lower layer(110) into a lower mold with arch-shaped protrusions; stacking a mixture for an upper layer(120) on the lower layer mixture, and combining an upper mold; curing and drying the molded mixture into the water-permeable block; and coating the surface of the water-permeable with a photocatalyst agent(130). The lower layer mixture contains coarse aggregate and un-sintered cement. The upper layer mixture contains sand, yellow soil, and other materials.

CONSTITUTION: A vegetation block(100) using non-sintered cement includes a lower layer(110) and an upper layer(120). The lower layer includes more than one through-hole(130), the non-sintered cement, aggregate, a strength improving agent, and vermiculite. The upper layer is molded into the same shape with the lower layer, and contains the non-sintered cement, the strength improving agent, sand, a pigment, yellow soil, and a PET furnace foam extract. 0.5-10 parts of strength improving agent by weight is mixed with 100 parts of non-sintered cement by weight.
