摘要: An embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus for manufacturing silicone substrates, which comprises: a silicone material injection unit to which a silicone material is supplied; a silicone melting unit to form molten silicone by melting the supplied silicone; a molten silicone storage unit which stores the supplied molten silicone, and has an outlet which discharges the molten silicone as a molten object at a constant thickness provided thereon; a transfer substrate which is arranged on the lower part of the molten silicone storage unit and which transfers the molten object; a surface heating unit which is provided on a position neighboring the outlet which heats a surface of the molten silicone discharged through the outlet; and a gas spraying unit for spraying high pressure gas onto the surface of the molten silicone.

摘要: PURPOSE: A carriage used in a horizontal table for conveying slab is provided to allow the carriage to selectively convey slab by detecting weight and a bending state of slab, a contact state between the carriage and slab, and turning-over of the carriage. CONSTITUTION: A track is rested on a base and is connected to a pulley and a cylinder. A carriage(21) is installed on an upper end of a rail of the track. The carriage(21) is connected to a wire rope, which is wound around a wire drum connected to a reduction device. A cable(61) coupled to an output terminal of an intermediate terminal box is connected to a guide roller such that the cable(61) is inserted into a slot of a guide rail. A load cell(30) is inserted into the carriage(21). The load cell(30) is connected to turning-over detecting sensors(23,23a). The load cell(30) is coupled to a load cell transformer(82), a PLC panel and an operating panel(81).

摘要: PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for manufacturing a silicon substrate with high surface quality using blowing of inert gas are provided to remove residual melt by rapidly cooling silicon melt using blowing of inert gas. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a silicon substrate with high surface quality using blowing of inert gas comprises a silicon material feeding unit(110), a silicon melting unit(120), a silicon melt storage unit(130), a transfer unit(140), and a cooling unit(150). The silicon melting unit is installed at the bottom of the silicon material feeding unit and melts a silicon material to obtain silicon melt. The silicon melt storage unit receives and stores silicon melt from the silicon melting unit and ejects a predetermined thickness of silicon melt. The transfer plate transfers the ejected silicon melt. The cooling unit cools the silicon melt, transferred by the transfer unit, by blowing inert gas to form a silicon substrate.
