The silicone supply unit supplies a silicone paste on the conveyor. The silicone gel layer corresponds to the molding groove while the silicone paste is pressurized in the molding groove when the conveyor moves.

    摘要： PURPOSE: A light guide plate pattern forming device is provided to increase productivity by mass production of short time by forming a pattern having a predetermined depth by strike of a mechanical cutter. CONSTITUTION: An elevating unit is comprised of a pressing stand(7), a running member, and a width control member. The pressing stand drives while being adhered to the upper side of a cutter(3). The pressing stand has a pressing protrusion(6). The pressing protrusion pressurizes the cutter from the upper side to the lower side or releases the pressure. The running member pulls in one end of the pressing stand and repetitively drives the pressing stand as a predetermined width for preset time on the upper side of the cutter. The width control member pressurizes the other side of the pressing stand and pushes the pressing stand to the running member side as a predetermined width and increase movement width of the pressing stand.
