    摘要: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a solid fiber board using the liner of a corrugated cardboard is provided to utilize a liner feeding facility and a related corrugated cardboard manufacturing facility, thereby massively producing solid fiber board products without an extra investment for the facility cost. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a solid fiber board using the liner of a corrugated cardboard includes: a step of extracting liners(4,5,6) from rolls(1,2,3) on which the liners are wound; a step of feeding the extracted liners to an adhering apparatus(10) through a liner feeding apparatus; a step of adhering the liners fed from the feeding apparatus in order to manufacture a solid fiber board; a step of drying the manufactured solid fiber board; a step of cutting the dried solid fiber board in width; and a step of longitudinally cutting the solid fiber board cut in width, and then winding the solid fiber board on a winding roller.     摘要: PURPOSE: A method for solidly and stably adhering PE (polyethylene) coating paper to the surface of corrugated paper by transferring a surface paper, i.e., PE coating paper one surface of which is coated with PE at ordinary or low temperature and forming the corrugated paper also at low temperature is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method is characterized in that corrugated paper (G) is formed by maintaining temperature of forming rollers (C,C') of an ordinary corrugated cardboard manufacturing apparatus to a low temperature of 100 to 150 deg.C, guiding rollers (E,E') are not heated, or the guiding roller (E') is heated to a low temperature of 100 to 150 deg.C so that the PE coating paper is adhered to the corrugated paper by adhesive since the PE coating paper is heated as a paper part of the PE coating paper is being transferred with being closely adhered to the guiding roller (E') in the process of transferring the PE coating paper with being closely adhered to the guiding rollers (E,E') in an 'S' character shape when the PE coating paper passes through the guiding rollers (E,E'), wherein the adhesive is prepared by mixing 25 to 35 wt.% of polysol, 45 to 50 wt.% of water, 15 to 25 wt.% of starch and 2 to 5 wt.% of borax.
