PURPOSE: An ultra-light weight panel for finishing is provided to easily perform a finishing work such as a door frame or door processing work, a window frame or window processing work, and a hinge attachment work. CONSTITUTION: An ultra-light weight panel(1) for finishing comprises: outer and inner frames; an aluminum honeycomb core(2) which has the same height as the outer and inner frames; and a HPM(High Pressure Melamine Impregnated Paper) or HPL(High Pressure Laminate) surface plate which are respectively laminated on the whole aluminum honeycomb core and at least a part of outer and inner frames. A plurality of ultra-light weight panel units is formed through the cutting along at least a part of the inner frame.

PURPOSE: A flooring fancy uni-ply veneer manufacture method and the flooring fancy uni-ply veneer is provided to fill the minute pores within the cell of original pattern tree or make the minute hole(lumen, pore) extinct due to high pressure, thereby the method can alleviate or prevent the pressed phenomena by minute impact, scratch phenomena due to the scratch. CONSTITUTION: A flooring fancy uni-ply veneer manufacture method and the flooring fancy uni-ply veneer comprises next. A thermosetting resin impregnated paper is manufactured by semi-harden-drying for 10~80 minutes in 80~180 temperature degree after impregnating the transparent sheet by mixing the improved adhesion resin. A unit localization is manufactured by spraying the improved intensity and adhesion resin between the manufactured thermosetting resin impregnated paper and natural wooden veneer which is cut into 0.2~3mm and pressing it. A multi unit localization is manufactured by adding the pressure to the manufactured plurality of unit localization with a 110~180 temperature degree, a 10~30 pressure degree, 2~20 minutes. The multi unit localization and floor material is adhered by suing the adhesion which is manufactured in heat or cold pressure by mixing extender, hardener with one among the improved adhesion resin.

PURPOSE: A biodegradable materials for advertisement and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the discharge of harmful endocrine disrupter which is generated from polyvinylchloride(PVC) using biodegradable capacity more than 60% of cellulose. CONSTITUTION: A biodegradable materials for advertisement includes a surface film layer, an adhesive layer(20), and a release layer(30) which are successively laminated. The surface film layer comprises polylactic acid-based polymer 5 -40 weight% and aliphatic polyester 95 - 60 weight%. The polylactic acid-based polymer has a specific gravity of 1-2 and a melting point of 100 - 150°C. The polylactic acid-based polymer is a polylatic acid(PLA) transparent resin.

The craft sheet is impregnated with phenol. The surface pattern sheet of a Korean traditional paper is impregnated with melamine resin. The pattern of the surface pattern sheet of a Korean traditional paper is printed before the impregnation.

A laminated floor panel manufacturing method comprises the steps of: printing photoluminescent patterns(37) on a pattern paper(23) printed with predetermined patterns in a gravure method by using a photoluminescent ink(36); impregnating the pattern paper with chemical resin; drying the impregnated pattern paper; and hot-rolling and pressing a base material and the pattern paper. A surface reinforcing sheet is formed on the surface of the pattern paper and then the base material, the pattern paper, and the surface reinforcing sheet are hot-rolled and pressed.
