    摘要: PURPOSE: A hydraulic rolling active control system is provided to simultaneously perform a roll restraint function at a front wheel and a rear wheel when a stain particle of hydraulic oil or a proportional control valve malfunctions, to prevent damage due to backflow of a flow rate, and to prevent energy loss by unloading output flux to an oil tank while driving straight. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic rolling active control system comprises rotary actuators(100,110), a hydraulic pump, two of proportional control valves(300,310), a 4/3 tandem direction control valve(200), and a 2/2 direction control valve(400). The rotary actuator operates a front wheel of the vehicle and each stabilizer of a rear wheel. The hydraulic pump discharges oil by a driving motor and supplies hydraulic pressure. The proportional control valve controls hydraulic pressure which is supplied to each rotary actuator of the front wheel and the rear wheel. The 4/3 tandem directional control valve controls the flow direction of the oil which is controlled by the proportional control valve. The 2/2 direction control valve unloads discharge pressure of the pump when the vehicle is driven straight between the proportional control valve and the 4/3 tandem directional control valve.

CONSTITUTION: A multi-link suspension structure for a vehicle using a hydraulic actuator comprises a hydraulic actuator(100) and a hydraulic booster(400). The hydraulic pressure, occurred by the hydraulic booster, is applied to the hydraulic actuator. The hydraulic actuator is attached on the multi-link suspension structure. The hydraulic actuator has an actuator rod(110). When the hydraulic actuator is operated, the actuator rod pushes the other joint(52) of a tie rod(50) toward the center of a vehicle wheel. The hydraulic booster generates hydraulic pressure and transfers the generated hydraulic pressure to a brake unit and the hydraulic actuator.

    摘要: PURPOSE: A semi-active suspension system and a control method using the fluid pressure of a hydraulic cylinder are provided to reduce manufacturing costs and to improve ride comfort by mounting an oil pressure sensor on a hydraulic cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A semi-active suspension system using fluid pressure of a hydraulic cylinder(145) comprises hydraulic sensors(340,350), a suspension control unit(250), and a movable damper(260). The hydraulic sensor is respectively installed in feed tubes(110,117) supplying the working fluid to the left or the right side of pressure chambers(310,320). The suspension control unit compares the pressure of the hydraulic sensors and offers the control commander value by producing an objective decreased force. The variable damper controls the decreased force by an actuator according to the control commander value.
