PURPOSE: A method for preparing a soundproof and vibration-proof brick and a brick prepared by the method are provided, to improve sound proofing property and vibration proofing property by forming micropores in a brick. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of mixing 50 wt% of a yellow soil powder with a size of 200-400 mesh, 8-10 wt% of a ceramic powder with a size of 200-700 mesh, 2-3 wt% of tourmaline with a size of 200-600 mesh, 3-5 wt% of natural fragrant grass and pine needle, 4-8 wt% of seaweed, 5-15 wt% of a charcoal powder, 0.5-2 wt% of a preservative and 7 wt% of an adhesive comprising a natural extract; filling the mixture into a mold of brick shape and extruding molding it with a high pressure of 120-150 ton; calcining the molded brick at a temperature of 100-200 deg.C for 20-40 min; and cooling the calcined one in the shade at a temperature of 6-20 deg.C for 1-2 days.

The mixture is injected in a mold frame of a predetermined size(S20). The mold frame is mounted on a vibrator, the mixture is uniformly distributed by vibration, and the mixture is heated at 150~250°C for 5~20 minutes(S30). The mixture is hardened and separated from the mold frame(S40).

The deteriorated parts of a reinforced concrete structure are chipped. Rust formed on exposed reinforcing bars of the reinforced concrete structure is eliminated. The reinforced concrete structure is washed using high-pressure water. A rust resisting process is performed in the exposed reinforcing bars of the washed reinforced concrete structure. Rust resisting primer is spread on the surface of the reinforced concrete structure. A waterproofing agent for preventing sea damage is produced and is spread on the surface of the spread rust resisting primer two to five times. CONSTITUTION: A heat-generative/conductive cement mortar composition contains 100.0 weight parts of cement, 1-100.0 weight parts of glass powder, 1-50 weight parts of epoxy resin, 1-50 weight parts of conductive powder and 10-200 weight parts of mixture water. The heat-generative/conductive concrete comprises a hardened material of the composition and electrode which connects the curing material and power supply. A construction method for the heat-generative/conductive concrete comprises: a step of fixing the electrode connected with powder supply on the construction surface; and a step of mounting the composition.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing modified asphalt concrete is provided to reduce plastic deformation and prevent cracks in asphalt by adding a modifier which can increase the softening point and fracture strength of asphalt. By using the method, harmful sulfur component can be removed during a desulfurizing process, thereby helping to prevent environmental pollution, and further economic efficiency can be improved by recycling waste pitch as an additive. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing modified asphalt concrete comprises: feeding a modifier comprised of hard pitch and soft pitch into a first reactor, and then carrying out a first desulfurization by distilling the modifier at 180 deg.C for 3-5 minutes; feeding the desulfurized pitch to a second reactor and carrying out a second desulfurization by distilling the modifier at 250-280 deg.C for 3-5 minutes; mixing 3-15% of the desulfurized pitch with 85-97% of asphalt to obtain modified asphalt, then adding aggregates to the modified asphalt in a ratio of 93-97% to 3-7%, and stirring the mixture at 180-200 deg.C for 5-8 minutes in a mixer.
