PURPOSE: A chemical admixture for concrete is provided to reduce construction period by reducing solidification time of concrete by including methyl diethanol amine and sodium thiocyanate as an additive. CONSTITUTION: A chemical admixture for concrete comprises one or more selected from polycarboxylic acid-based salt, natalrene sulfonate, lignin sulfonate, and melanin sulfonate as a main ingredient. The chemical admixture for concrete comprises 1-50 weight% of methyl diethanol amine and 1-30 weight% of sodium thiocyanate. A manufacturing method of the methyl diethanol amine comprises a step of conducting deodorizing process and impurity-removing process on waste methyl diethanol amine after desulfurization.

A mixed aggregate for a subbase is provided to prevent a shortage of aggregate and improve environment by recycling construction waste such as waste asphalt concrete. A mixed aggregate for a subbase is obtained by mixing 55-80wt% of recycled waste asphalt concrete having a particle size of 15-25 mm with 20-45wt% of stone powder having a particle size of 75-600 micron. The recycled waste asphalt concrete is obtained by the steps of: collecting and breaking waste asphalt concrete; sorting the broken waste asphalt concrete into three particle sizes(13 mm or smaller, 13-19 mm, and 19-25 mm); adjusting the penetrate index of the waste asphalt concrete to 40 or less; adding 8-15wt% of a recycling additive to the 85-92wt% of the waste asphalt concrete; and heating the admixture at 300-350 °C for 20-30 minutes. The recycling additive is prepared by mixing 2-5wt% of alkanesulfonates, 1.5-3wt% of alkyl polyglycol ethers, 40-55wt% of water, 36.5-40wt% of an emulsified asphalt, and 5-12wt% of cetyl alcohol as an emulsion stabilizer.

본 발명은 경제적이며 품질이 우수한 플라이애쉬 콘크리트의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서 그 구체적인 해결방안를 살펴보면, 플라이애쉬콘크리트 1㎥당, 결합재량400-487kg중 플라이애쉬를 10-30%로하고, 잔골재와 굵은골재로 배합하되, 물·시멘트비를 0.39-0.50이며, 물·시멘트비의 저하로 인한 유동성 저하를 방지키 위해 유동화제(상품면 "Mighty-l50")를 결합재(시멘트·플라이애쉬)에 0.4-1.0%첨가하여 목표로하는 슬럼프를 얻으며, 배합후 증기양생을 실시하여 일반 콘크리트에 비하여 동등한 조기강도 발현이 가능토록하고, 장기 강도에 우수한 플라이애쉬콘크리트를 얻기 위하여 상기 배합 조건에 Sulphate계통의 혼화제인 Na 2 SO 4 를 결합제(시멘트,플라이애쉬)에 1.5%첨가하여 조기강도와 장기강도를 발현토록 함.

PURPOSE: A modified sulfur binder is provided to obtain physical properties which can re-melt the modified sulfur binder at 100 °C or less by using alkylamines together with a dicyclopentadiene-based modifier. CONSTITUTION: A modified sulfur binder comprises sulfur and a modifier of the sulfur. The modified sulfur binder comprises 0.01-100.0 parts by weight of dicyclopentadiene-based modifier, 0.01-200 parts by weight of alkylamine which are melt-mixed. The dicyclopentadiene-based modifier is (a) single dicyclopentadiene, (b) a mixture in which at least one of dicyclopentadiene, cyclopentadiene, dicyclopentadiene derivative, cyclopentadiene derivative, or a mixture at least one of dipentene, vinyl toluene, styrene monomer, dicyclo pentene is added to component (a) or (b).
