摘要: PURPOSE: An HCl-treatment method of ceramic raw materials such as kaoline and cericite is provided, which eliminates CaO and other impurities effectively by adjusting pH of raw materials, and distributes particle size. Accordingly, the method shortens process and produces raw materials on a large scale. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: ball-milling 1kg of kaolin and cericite clay, and 1.5kg of water for 24hrs.; dispersing with Na2SiO2; adding HCl to be pH9-10 and standing; separating the lower part(CaO, Fe2O3, etc.) with the upper part(solution); adding HCl to adjust the solution between 2-4; settling for 6hrs or longer, resulting in particle size distribution(2-5micrometer); filtering.

摘要: PURPOSE: A simple manufacturing method of ceramic plates with shape preservation is provided to make plates easily on a large scale and gives good molding without the following processing. The resultant plates having diverse size, width and thickness are applicable to construction, decoration and furniture fields. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: preparing body-clay; forming by roller-pressing it on cloth(cotton) spreading in a mold and leaving it under shade with turning for 48-56 hrs; carving various shapes in the surface of formed body and drying for 360-400hrs under shade until it contains less than 10% of water; layering with a slope(about 20-30deg.C) and pre-heating at 850deg.C for 12hrs; glazing before printing; sintering at 1250-1350deg.C for 18-20hrs; selecting products. The body-clay is prepared by the following steps: preparing raw materials, 24wt.% of feldspar(Dangjin), 15wt.% of pottery stone(Cheongpyeong), 7wt.% of elvan, 19wt.% of white clay(Hadong), 2wt.% of clay(Hongkong), 10wt.% of yellow clay(Hongseong); ball-milling for 48-56hrs, sieving and removing Fe and impurities; soaking into water and separating water from sediment; drying at room temperature for 40-96hrs; filter-pressing; eliminating air 2-3times.
