摘要: 본 발명은 세라믹주형 쾌속건조방법과 장치 및 세라믹주형을 공개함으로써 정밀주조기술영역에 속한다. 본 발명은 세라믹주형구조가 복잡할 경우 주형의 품질을 보장할 수 없을 뿐 아니라 쾌속건조가 불가능한 기존의 주형건조기술이 가지고 있는 문제점을 해결한 것이다.
본 발명의 방법은 다음과 같은 단계를 포함한다:
a.건조해야 할 세라믹주형을 밀폐상태의 건조함에 넣는 단계;
b.항온조건에서 밀폐건조함을 진공상태로 조성한 뒤, 예정된 시간 내에 밀폐건조함 내부의 기체를 냉각시켜 밀폐건조함 내의 습기를 응축하는 단계;
c.밀폐건조함의 진공상태를 상압상태로 환원하는 단계;
d.세라믹주형의 건조여부를 판단하고, 건조되었을 경우 건조작업을 완료하고, 아닐 경우 b단계부터 반복하는 단계.-

摘要: 본 발명은 공작용 클레이의 제조방법 및 그 클레이에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상게하게는 제조과정에서 물에 합성수지로 폴리비닐알콜을 적정 중량비로 투입하여 상온에서 1차 혼합하고, 그 혼합물을 95℃이하의 승온상태에서 일정시간 용해 후, 얻어진 수지액을 24시간 이상 자연방치하여 냉각하면서 숙성시킨 다음, 얻어진 PVA수지액에 기타 첨가제들을 순차 투입하여 교반 혼합함으로써 가볍고, 건조 후에 갈라짐이나 부서짐 형상이 없으며, 장기간 보관이 용이하고 탄성 및 신축성이 우수하여 성형성 및 인장감 등의 물성이 우수한 실온에서 자연 경화가 가능한 공작용 클레이의 제조방법 및 그에 따라 제조된 클레이에 관한 것이 개시된다.

摘要: PURPOSE: A bottom material for an aquarium based on natural materials and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to deodorize a fish smell of water and to promote the growth of fish and water plants using zeolite, bentonite, and tourmaline. CONSTITUTION: A bottom material for an aquarium based on natural materials includes 45 weight% of zeolite, 40 weight% of bentonite, 3 weight% of tourmaline, and 12 weight% of purified water. The bottom material is formed into granules of 0.5-1mm, granules of 1-3mm, and granules of 3-7mm. A method for manufacturing the bottom material includes the following: The zeolite, the bentonite, the tourmaline, and the purified water are mixed and kneaded in a mixer(S10). The mixture is transferred using a first transferring conveyor(S12). The transferred material is formed into a sphere form. The shaped material is transferred to a plasticizing part using a second transferring conveyor(S30). The transferred material is plasticized at a temperature between 700 and 800 degrees Celsius. The plasticized material is classified.

CONSTITUTION: Raw tempered glass is divided into a plurality of product covering glass(10) through a scriber processing process. The product covering glass is ground. A printing operation is implemented on the bottom side of the ground glass based on a silk screen printing process. The glass is coated by the printing process, and the coated glass is cleaned with a cleaning solvent. The cleaned glass is inserted into an acrylic jig(30). A fingerprint preventive coating layer is formed by implementing a coating process based a printer head spraying process.
