    摘要: PURPOSE: An insulating material with composite getter agent is provided to increase initial conductivity by using the getter agent in which zeolite and calcium oxide are mixed. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum insulating material includes a getter agent in which zeolite and calcium oxide are mixed. The getter agent includes 1-50 wt% of zeolite and 50-99wt% of calcium oxide. The Si/Al molar ratio of the zeolite is 1.0-1.5. The zeolite has 300-1,000m^2/g of the specific surface area, and a micro-pore size smaller than 0.1-100 nanometers. The zeolite is used after a heat treatment at 300-1,000 deg. C for 1-10 hours. The zeolite is produce in a granule form. The zeolite granule is produced by mixing zeolite powder with an inorganic binder. The diameter of the granule is 0.1-10 millimeters. The inorganic binder uses one or more selected from a silica compound, a silane compound, an alumina compound, or clay.     摘要: A method for preparing porous ceramic bubbles and glass bubbles is provided to obtain bubbles having various components and compositions and an easily controllable specific gravity by a simple process in a large scale. A method for preparing porous ceramic bubbles and glass bubbles(B) comprises the steps of: mixing a metal oxide sol and slurry in which nanoparticles and microparticles are well and stably dispersed with ceramic bubbles and glass bubbles in a predetermined ratio; adding sodium alginate thereto to form slurry and reacting the slurry with a calcium chloride solution to perform immediately curing and to form millimeter sized porous ceramic bubbles and glass bubbles; and baking the bubbles at 500-1600 deg.C, wherein the bubbles have a specific gravity ranging from 0.2 g/cc to 2.0 g/cc.

CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing a composition of light foamed concrete which is placed on the heat insulation material or the interlayer sound damping material on the slab floor, comprises: charging 320-400kg of Portland cement, 360-450L of chips of a foamed ethylene-vinyl-acetate(EVA) resin, 1.5-2.0kg of a special admixture, based on 1m¬3 of the composition, into a blender and adding 160-240L of purified water to prepare a first mixture; preparing 32.8-76.5L of diluted foaming water by mixing 0.8-1.5L of a foaming agent with 32-75L of purified water; introducing the diluted foaming water into a pipe positioned vertical to the foaming device through a sprayer under pressure of 2-3kgcm¬2; applying compressed air with the pressure of 7kg/cm¬2 or more to the pipe to generate foam; adding the foamed water into the first mixture and stirring them at 55-60rpm for 1-2minutes.
