    摘要: PURPOSE: A construction method for reinforcing a concrete surface is provided to neutralize a concrete pavement, a concrete structure drain, a soundproof wall, and a surface strength reduction unit. CONSTITUTION: A construction method for reinforcing a concrete surface comprises the following steps: removing surface impurities from a concrete paving after cleaning a neutralization and deterioration site of the concrete paving; cutting a rectangular groove to form a crack unit, pouring isocyanate mortar into the crack unit; installing an injector on the crack unit after curing the isocyanate mortar; inserting an isocyanate resin composition through the injector to fill the isocyanate mortar into the groove again, and drying the filling to prevent the crack; and spraying a concrete intensifier using a sprayer around the groove and drying for 30 minutes~2 hours.

    摘要: A high acid resistant concrete section repair method is provided to obtain excellent acid resistance and high durability against cracks by strong physical impact in the repaired section by employing a composition comprising sialate based inorganic polymer mortar which forms sialate based structure in a reaction with binder and fluorinated inorganic polymer protective coating agent. A high acid resistant concrete section repair method employs: sialate based inorganic polymer having Al, Si, K and Na in a molar ratio of 1:2.06-6.0:0.043-0.48:0.086-0.343 in order to form sialate structure for improving acid resistance and for expressing early strength; and fluorinated inorganic polymer protective coating agent which has acid resistant and water-repellent fluoro end group in the molecular structure of the curing agent. The sialate based inorganic polymer mortar comprises: 30-45 parts by weight of alumino silicate based binder; 15.8-26 parts by weight of alkaline silicate based curing agent, 24-54 parts by weight of filler and 0.2-5 parts by weight of additive. The fluorinated inorganic polymer protective coating comprises: 56-63 parts by weight of alumino silicate based binder; and 37-44 parts by weight of fluoro alkaline silicate based curing agent. Further, the fluoro alkaline silicate based curing agent has 1.2 to 1.45 g/cc of specific gravity and 5 to 300 cPs of viscosity.
