摘要: PURPOSE: A slag sorting apparatus and a method thereof are provided to evenly spread slag while a magnet device is rotated, thereby improving the recovery rate of an Fe component of the slag. CONSTITUTION: A slag sorting apparatus comprises an outer housing(110), an inner housing(120), a magnet device(130), and a turning device(150). The inner housing is arranged in the outer housing. The magnet device includes a plurality of magnets(140) which covers the top space between the outer housing and the inner housing. The plurality of magnets can be rotated upwards and downwards so that the space between the outer housing and the inner housing opens and closes. The magnet device allows the Fe component of input slag to adhere thereto, and then discharges the slag to the space between the outer housing and the inner housing. The turning device allows the magnet device to turn along the columnar direction of the outer housing.

CONSTITUTION: An apparatus depriving heat from high-temperature slag comprises a molten slag atomizer, a slag particle retaining vessel(4), and a catalyst reactor(7). The molten slag atomizer atomizes molten slag discharged from a transfer container. The slag particle retaining vessel retains the atomized slag with free fall. The catalyst reactor is installed within the slag particle retaining vessel and deprives heat from the slag particles.

CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for treating high zinc sludge for a blast furnace comprises a centrifugal machine(30) for separating high zinc sludge from slurry; a dilution tank(40) diluting high zinc slurry supplied from the centrifugal machine(30); a coagulant feeding device(100) for feeding coagulant into the dilution tank(40); and a hydroextractor(50) producing sludge cake by dehydrating a mixture of high zinc sludge supplied from the dilution tank(40) and coagulant in a centrifuge method, wherein the apparatus further comprises a mixing chamber which is installed at the inlet side of the dilution tank(40) so as to premix high zinc sludge supplied from the centrifugal machine(30) with coagulant supplied from the coagulant feeding device(100), the hydroextractor(50) comprises a cylinder part in which sludge cake is accumulated by dehydrating the mixture, a motor for rotating the cylinder part and an inverter controller for controlling the number of revolutions of the motor, the number of revolutions of the motor of the hydroextractor(50) is controlled through the inverter according to a moisture content contained in sludge cake, a cone part inside the dilution tank(40) is manufactured in a cone shape having 45 degrees of an angle or more, and a centrifuge nozzle installed at the end of a supply pipe for supplying high zinc sludge into the dilution tank(40) is spaced apart from the inner surface of the dilution tank(40) in a distance of 50 mm or more and faces toward a circumferential direction.
