    摘要: 본발명에서는단일또는다수매(枚)의한지(韓紙)에합성수지로이루어진고형화제가침투되도록한 상태에서경화시켜한지자체가합성수지화되도록함으로써가공성을극대화시킬수 있도록하고, 한지자체로부터표출되는다양한무늬·모양이나또는한지에인쇄되는글씨나문양이투명하게드러나게하여제품에적용시장식효과를크게높일수 있도록함으로써한지의응용범위를극대화시킬수 있도록한 새로운한지합성수지판재및 그제조방법이개시된다. 본발명은상부가개방되고내부의바닥면이수평면을이루는몰드를준비하는제1단계와; 비스페놀A(Bisphenol-A)와에피클로로히드린(Epichlorohydrin)을 7:3의중량비로혼합하고, 상기비스페놀A와에피클로로히드린의혼합물에경화제로서폴리아민(Polyamines), 폴리아마이드(Polyamides), 폴리산(Polyacids), 폴리머캅탄(Polymercaptans), 폴리페놀(Polyphenols)중에서선택된어느하나의물질을 2:1의중량비로혼합하여고르게교반한다음안정화시켜고형화제(固形化劑)를준비하는제2단계와; 상기몰드의내부에한지를고르게펼쳐놓은상태에서제2단계에서준비한고형화제를한지에도포하고, 4∼24시간동안에걸쳐고형화제가한지에침투되도록하는제3단계와; 상기제3단계를거치면서고형화제가침투된한지를상온에서 2∼3일동안또는 70∼90℃의분위기온도에서 1∼3시간동안경화시킨다음경화된한지의상부면에매끄러운면을갖는가압판을올려놓은상태에서가압한후 몰드로부터분리하는제4단계를포함하여구성된다.

    摘要: A manufacturing method of aramid pulp is provided to prevent a cutting failure of the pulp due to foreign materials in spinning dope by using a die for manufacturing a film instead of a spinneret. A manufacturing method of aramid pulp includes the following steps of: discharging spinning dope through a die(20) for manufacturing a film after dissolving an aramid polymer in sulfuric acid; producing an aramid film through a conjugation, a washing, a neutralization, and a drying processes; and pulverizing the aramid film. An ejected material is passes through an air layer before conjugation of the material.

    摘要: PURPOSE: Fruit tree wrapping paper using nano inorganic materials, and a producing method thereof are provided to promote the growth of fruit trees by offering antibiotic, waterproofing, deodorization, and ventilation functions. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fruit tree wrapping paper comprises the following steps: mixing 45-64wt% of binder by weight, 30-50wt% of inorganic material solution, and 3-8wt% of waterproof agent to obtain a coating solution(S10); and coating base paper for the fruit tree wrapping paper using the coating solution(S20). The binder is formed with water-borne urethane. The inorganic material solution contains 50wt% of water and 50wt% of sericite. The waterproof agent is formed with a fluorine-containing resin.
