CONSTITUTION: A fixing device for repairing and reinforcing a structure comprises a base(110), a supporting plate(120), a first arm(130), a second arm(150), a screw member(160) and a tensioning member(170). The base is detachably combined with one side of a structure using a fixing member. The supporting plate is expanded from the base in a fixed height. The first arm is respectively hinge-coupled with a first bracket(122) located on one side of the supporting plate. The second arm is hinge-coupled at one end of the first arm using a combining member. Both side of the screw member are inserted to and screwed with a combining hole formed on the combining member. A second bracket(175) hinge-coupled with one end of the second arm is formed on one side of the tensioning member. The tensioning member is moved by sliding along one side of the base.

    摘要: A culvert box is provided to make construction simple, to shorten a period of construction and to cut down on the cost of construction by installing a pair of culvert boxes buried with anchor units to four corners or each side in a longitudinal direction, and inserting steel wires to steel wire passing holes of the culvert boxes and fixing to the anchor units simply. A culvert box(200) is composed of a first culvert box(210) and a second culvert box(220), and installed continuously to the appointed length at every section of the first culvert box and the second culvert box making a pair with tensile force supplied by anchor units(100), steel wires(130) and anchorages(140) of the first and second culverts. The first and second culvert boxes are formed in empty tunnel type hollow bodies(211,221) and provided with plural steel wire passing holes formed in the longitudinal direction of the hollow bodies, anchorage mounting grooves formed on ends of the steel wire passing holes to mount each anchorage, and anchor units formed between the steel wire passing holes of the hollow bodies, or, four corners or each side in the vicinity of the steel wire passing holes. In addition, a locker is inserted from one of the hollow bodies of the first and second culvert boxes to the other hollow body to prevent culvert boxes from sinking or being distorted by subsidence of ground, an alignment projection and an alignment groove are formed on ends of the hollow bodies of the first and second culvert boxes to align the first and second culvert boxes when connecting the hollow bodies of the first and second culvert boxes continuously and mortar lines are formed on ends of the hollow bodies of the first and second culvert boxes to inject mortar between the first and second culvert boxes which come in contact with each other under pressure and to keep airtight, and a composite waterstop is inserted between the first and second culvert boxes and unified with a hydrophilic waterstop having plural grooves and a rubber ring having excellent elasticity to prevent a leakage of water.
