摘要: PURPOSE: A continuous production method of Korean blackened roof tiles and a kiln structure for continuous production are provided to continuously produce Korean blackened roof tiles using tunnel type small kilns and to save the cost required for fuel by reducing the frequency of heat application with respect to the kilns. CONSTITUTION: A continuous production method of Korean blackened roof tiles includes the steps of: preparing a roof tile composition by mixing clay, kaolin, and ferric oxide; molding roof tiles by putting the roof tile composition into a roof tile mold; naturally drying the roof tiles in the molding frame; continuously putting the naturally dried roof tiles into tunnel type small kilns; plasticizing the roof tiles based on a section having the plasticizing temperature of 1,050-1,150°C; performing carburization by passing the roof tiles through a 900°C section in the tunnel type small kilns while injecting nitrogen and carbon for 23-28 minutes; and cooling and taking out the carburized roof tiles. One cycle is from a roof tile putting step to a roof tile taking out step and continuously performed. A kiln structure includes a tunnel type kiln (10). A plurality of tunnel type small kilns (20) is formed in the tunnel type kiln. Sintered sections (23) and carburizing sections (24) are formed in the center of the tunnel type small kilns.
