    摘要: PURPOSE: An acrylic resin composition for an embedding hard tissue and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a bubbling from a polymerization process, and to easily be inserted into the hard tissue. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an acrylic resin composition for an embedding hard tissue comprises the following steps: mixing 2~98% of acrylic monomer including 1 or 2 acrylic groups, and 0.01~70% of unsaturated fatty acid monomer with 1~4 double bondings; mixing 0.01~70% of phthalic acid plasticizer to the mixture; and dissolving 0.01~5% of initiator to the mixture. The acrylic monomer including 1 or 2 acrylic groups contains triethylene glycol dimethacrylate, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, bisphenol A diglycidylether methacrylate, urethanedimethacrylate, methyl methacrylate or hydroxy ethyl methacrylate.

    摘要: PURPOSE: A specimen fixing apparatus for an optical microscope is provided to maintain the uniform depth of focus in case of observing a specimen by fixing the specimen while adjusting the horizontality of the specimen. CONSTITUTION: A specimen fixing apparatus(100) for an optical microscope includes a base part(110), a pressurizing part(120), and a specimen fixing part(130). The pressurizing part opposes the base part through the specimen. The pressurizing part moves to the base part in order to pressurize the specimen. The specimen fixing part is formed between the base part and the specimen. When the specimen is pressurized, the horizontality of the specimen is adjusted by the specimen fixing part before the specimen is fixed on the upper side of the base part.
