CONSTITUTION: A toner for developing electrostatic images includes a binder resin, a coloring agent, and a barium compound. The content of barium about the total atomic rate of the toner by fluorescence X-rays is in a range between 0.1 and 0.5%. The Dt is a heating time for fixing. The barium compound is selected from barium carbonate, barium titanate, barium sulphate, barium borate, and nickel barium titanate yellow.

    摘要: PURPOSE: A toner for electric photographs is provided to improve the retention property and the low-temperature fixation property by including an electron donating coloring agent and an electron receiving developing agent, and a polyester-based binder resin. CONSTITUTION: A toner for electric photographs includes an electron donating coloring agent, an electron receiving developing agent, and a polyester-based binder resin. The average molecular weight of the polyester-based binder resin is between 6000 and 25000. The glass transition temperature of the toner is between 35 and 35 degrees Celsius. The softening point of the toner is between 80 and 120 degrees Celsius. The toner further includes a temperature controlling agent. The coloring agent, the developing agent, and the temperature controlling agent are heated(Act 101). An encapsulating operation is implemented(Act 102). Encapsulated material is coagulated with a binder resin and a releasing agent(Act 103). A cleaning operation and a drying operation are followed.

    摘要: Provided are an ionically complexed colorant compound to exhibit excellent black color without color separation, a process for preparation of the compound and use thereof such as toner composition, ink composition or pre-concentrated composition. The colorant compound comprises (a) an ionic dye component with clear color property, (b) a first counter-ionic dye component having color different more than 10 DeltaE* units from color of the ionic dye component (a); and (c) a colorless counter-ionic component. The component(a) is combined with the first counter-ionic dye component(b) and the colorless counter-ionic component in desirable ratio to form the ionically complexed colorant compound having desirable color. The colorless component(c) is contained in amount of less than 40wt.% to total amount of the colorant compound. The colorant compound has a water solubility less than 100ppm and a molecular weight less than 5000 dalton.
