摘要： A dispenser (11) for absorbent articles (14) containing adhesive coating on one side only, the articles being adhered in a longitudinal array to an elongate web (15) of release material. The dispenser has a housing including a device for supporting the package of absorbent articles. The housing (12) contains a device (16,17) for delivering absorbent articles from the package (13) of absorbent articles to an outlet (18) for absorbent articles in the housing, a device (19) for separating absorbent articles from the web of release material and a device (17) for storing the portion of web of release material, from which absorbent articles has been separated, the separating device being arranged in connection to the outlet. A roll (13) of absorbent articles (14) is used in such a dispenser.

摘要： Provided is a new binder composition comprising a pH controlling agent and polymer dispersion. The binder provides antimicrobial properties to various kinds of materials, including those used in antibacterial packing material, hygiene and health care products. The binder composition also show satisfactory bonding properties, when the binder is applied on fibrous materials. Finally, the binder is easily applied, eg., through dipping, coating or spraying methods, onto the relevant surfaces or areas.

摘要： Absorbent structure consisting of an absorbent material layer of adhesive-free cellulose fibres and an airlaid material layer of adhesive-bonded cellulose fibres, and a method for producing an absorbent structure which is intended for use in an absorbent article. The layers are bonded together by the adhesive of the airlaid material functioning as a binding material and fibres form the absorbent material layer extending into the airlaid material. In the method, the absorbent material is mat-formed on an airlaid material. Alternatively, the absorbent material is mat-formed an airlaid material is then laid on top of it. After the material layers have been laid together, they are compressed at a temperature in excess of 100.degree. C. During the compression, the adhesive of the airlaid material is softened, and the two layers are bonded together. Some of the fibres from the absorption material also penetrate down into the airlaid material and further connection between the layers is achieved.

摘要： An absorbent body in an absorbent article, such as a sanitary napkin, panty protector, incontinence guard, diaper or the like. The absorbent body includes a first layer, an admission layer (4), which comprises a mixture of 80-95% resilient fibres and 5-20% heat-actuable binding fibres, preferably bicomponent fibres, and a second layer, a storage and dispersion layer (5), which comprises a mixture of 45-90% absorbent fibres and 5-15% heat-actuable binding fibres, wherein the binding fibres are heat treated so as to bond together and to hold the fibre structures together in the first and second layers (4, 5), such that these layers will form a laminate that has a tensile strength of at least 2N/50 mm in a dry state. The absorbent body also has a high surface dryness and low rewetting tendency and exhibits good absorption properties.
