摘要: The present invention relates to a method of producing a ribbon comprising bamboo fibers. The method comprises positioning the fibers on a conveyor and conveying the fibers in a transport direction, interconnecting the fibers by covering the fibers with thread and/or particles of a sticky material with at least one web forming device which is positioned above and/or below the conveyor and which ejects thread and/or particles. The formed thread and/or particles attaches to the fibers and forms a web which interconnects the fibers in order to form the ribbon and/or stitching the fibres together with at least one stitching device which is configured to stitch the individual fibers together in order to form the ribbon.

摘要: An antibacterial and antiviral degradable mask and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. From outside to inside, the mask sequentially comprises a surface layer (1), a core layer (2), and an inner layer (3) that contacts the face; the surface layer (1) is made of an antibacterial and antiviral cellulose spunlace non-woven fabric; the core layer (2) is made of a polypropylene melt-blown non-woven fabric; the inner layer (3) is made of a polypropylene spunbond non-woven fabric or a degradable natural cotton fabric. The mask can have both antibacterial and antiviral functions; moreover, the material is degradable, and thus, environmental pollution pressure caused by non-degradable petroleum-based fiber materials such as polypropylene can be effectively relieved.

摘要: The present invention relates to a packaging material for use in an oral pouched snuff product in order to enclose a smokeless tobacco composition or non-tobacco composi¬tion. The packaging material is a saliva-permeable nonwoven comprising carded fibres, whereof 0%-95% of the carded fibres are of a first type and 5%-100% are of a second type. The fibres of the first type are cellulose-based staple fibres. The fibres of the second type are thermoplastic fibres, comprising a first component and a second component, the second component having a lower melting temperature than the first component. The packaging material is bonded by means of at least partial melting and/or softening of the second component of the fibres of the second type and has a smooth-calendered surface.
The present invention also relates to an oral pouched snuff product comprising such a packaging material.-

摘要: Methods and apparatuses for producing a substrate are described. A method and apparatus for introducing a component into a fluid supply is also presented. A method can include providing a first fluid supply. The fluid supply can be configured as a foam in some embodiments. The method can also include providing a component feed system and a supply of the component. The method can include introducing the component to a fluid supply in an eductor in some aspects. A resultant slurry including a fluid supply and the component can be transferred through a headbox. The resultant slurry can be dewatered to provide a substrate including the component.

摘要: Nonwoven materials having at least one layer comprising high core bicomponent fibers are provided. The nonwoven materials can have multiple layers and are suitable for use in a variety of applications, including in absorbent products. Such nonwoven materials can be patterned to create a three-dimensional topography including indentations formed of valleys and ridges. The nonwoven materials can have improved resiliency and strength and can retain their structure under wetted conditions and after tension and compression. The nonwoven materials can further facilitate the transfer of the liquid through the nonwoven material for improved liquid distribution and can also have improved liquid retention properties.
