    摘要: A quick release fastener for an end fitting of a safety belt having spaced apart first and second frame, a lockable insert tongue insertable between the frame plates, and a locking element moveable between a locking position in which the insert tongue is locked between the frame plates, and a release position. A locking element has at least two anchor surfaces facing one another, which at least form the stop at one outer face of the frame plates or of the insert tongue. In this way, a shockproof quick release fastener is provided which can be released without a special tool.

    摘要: An air-bag in the form of an inflatable curtain has a plurality of zones each provided with vertically extending cells defined by seams. Uninflatable regions are provided, the uninflatable regions being provided with oval apertures. On deployment of the inflatable curtain, the oval apertures will distend to become circular, enabling the uninflated region effectively to stretch to moderate the tension generated between two anchoring points connected by straps to the lower edge of the air-bag.

    摘要: An apparatus and process for the manufacture of an emulsion explosive wherein the composition of emulsion explosive can be continually varied in a controlled manner. The apparatus comprises: (i) at least one mixing means suitable for blending components into an emulsion; (ii) at least one delivery means for delivering an emulsion explosive from said mixing means into a blasthole or package; (iii) at least one container for emulsion; (iv) at least two containers for components which on combination are suitable for forming a gas for the gassing emulsion; (v) optionally, further containers for optional components suitable for addition to the emulsion or emulsion explosive; (vi) supply means for the supply of said components from said containers to the mixing means; and (vii) control means for controlling the amount or rate of supply of components to the mixing means and thereby enabling the composition of the emulsion explosive to be continuously varied in a controlled manner.
