Abstract: A skin material includes: a design layer; and a base cloth layer. The design layer includes a surface layer and a foam layer. The base cloth layer includes a surface fabric and a back fabric, and a binding yarn that binds the surface fabric and the back fabric. The binding yarn is a thermoplastic resin fiber erected between the surface fabric and the back fabric to form a gap between the surface fabric and the back fabric. The foam layer and the surface fabric are joined. An interior material includes the skin material and a base material to which the skin material is attached. A method for producing the skin material includes joining the surface layer and the base cloth layer via a foamable adhesive to serve as the foam layer.

Abstract: The invention provides composite cushion materials of high breathability and moisture management, multistep softness, and support and methods of making the composite cushion materials. The first layer of the material comprises a warp-knitted sandwich fabric, the second layer comprises a three-dimensional nonwoven fabric, the third layer comprises a perforated ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) foam, and the fourth layer comprises a warp-knitted mesh fabric, wherein the second layer is positioned between the first layer and the third layer, and wherein the third layer is positioned between the second layer and the fourth layer. The composite cushion materials are useful in clothing and equipment for wear in high temperature environments.

Abstract: A V-ribbed belt in which a friction transmission surface of a compression rubber layer is coated with a knit fabric is provided. The compression rubber layer is formed of the cured product of a rubber composition containing an ethylene-α-olefin elastomer and carbon black wherein the carbon black contains a soft carbon having a primary particle diameter of at least 40 nm and a hard carbon having a primary particle diameter of less than 40 nm. The ratio between the number of particles of the soft carbon and hard carbon is former/latter=3/97 to 25/75.

Abstract: A fiber-reinforced resin composite material includes first and second members. The first member includes a first fiber and a first matrix resin. The first fiber includes a reinforcing fiber and is impregnated with the first matrix resin. The reinforcing fiber has a melting point and a tensile strength higher than those of an aliphatic polyamide fiber. The second member includes a stack and a second matrix resin. The stack includes a second fiber and a third fiber filled with the second matrix resin. The second fiber includes the reinforcing fiber. The second matrix resin includes a component common to that of the first matrix resin, and includes a first polyamide resin that includes an aliphatic polyamide resin. The third fiber includes a second polyamide resin that includes an aliphatic polyamide resin and has a melting point higher than that of the first polyamide resin by 7 to 50 degrees centigrade.

Abstract: According to some embodiments, an interface assembly for coupling an orthogonal circuit board to a main circuit board includes a frame, signal pins, and dielectric retainers. The frame is electrically coupled to a ground signal of the orthogonal circuit board. The dielectric retainers electrically isolate the plurality of signal pins from the frame. The frame includes an interface surface configured to electrically couple the frame to a plurality of ground spring pins of a spring interposer of the main circuit board. Each particular signal pin of the interface assembly includes a pin head configured to electrically couple the particular signal pin to a particular one of a plurality of signal spring pins of the spring interposer. The interface surface of the frame and the pin heads of the plurality of signal pins form a coplanar surface.

Abstract: A molding apparatus (10) for forming a retaining device. The molding apparatus (10) comprises a molding strip (12) and a molding support (24).
